A long day but very informative! Saw & learned about fauna & animals. Waterfall dip was refreshing. The hot springs set up is very well done, clean changing rooms & lockers. Great setting!

Our driver Armando picked up on time ! This hike was very moderate but Daphne made it super fun. For my very first hike I was very nervous. However Daphne communicated Many details about the area and was really informative

This was a very well run adventure with a pleasant guide and driver. There was a total of three stops and a buffet lunch was included. The tour group will likely be mixed company, some younger folks and some older, so it makes for a leisurely stroll around the scenery of the volcano park. The waterfall is nice for viewing a taking a dip in colder water and then there is the hot springs. I stayed at Hotel Boyeros and pick up was at the supermarket across the street. This was the final pickup on the tour (Liberia) and was on time at 830 am. We were also the first to be dropped off after the tour, so it made for a nice trip. Some folks on the tour were picked up 630am - so they had a 2.5 hour bus ride to the attractions and 2.5 hours back to their hotels.

This tour was great and we loved our guide and driver! We got to do and see a lot! We walked 13,000 steps in the day and hike was easy for us but we are used to hiking a lot.

It was so breathtaking. We got to swim in the waterfall and take a dip in the hot springs. The lunch was delicious. A classic Costa Rican lunch. Our tour guide, Julio Cesar and drive Don Oscar were very kind, knowledgeable and ensured we arrived everywhere safe and sound.

This was a total blast, start to end! I gotta give the biggest applause to Santos, our guide. I mean, each part of the day was incredible, but Santos made it all come to life! He taught us so much about the local flora and fauna during the hike, and answered all my questions like the pro he is (i am a nature nerd and had a million questions), he engaged with everyone in the group, and maybe he's a pro photographer because he took all the pics we wanted for us. I am traveling solo so it was awesome to document the experience. The volcano hike is a nature lover's dream! It's almost surreal, seeing the mud pools, animals, gorgeous trees and volcano. The waterfalls were stunning - what a wonder of nature! We got to swim around and get up close and personal with the rushing water. And the hot springs + clay treatment were a gorgeous and luxurious treat to wrap up the day. I couldn't have asked for more. This was my first full day in Costa Rica and it set the bar REALLY high. Thank you so much to Santos for his exceptional care and dedication to all of our experience! ☺️♥️👏

Very cool combo tour. Our guide (Kevin?) was obviously very knowledgeable and eager to show us everything. We do wish there was a bit more communication about what to expect and how the tour would be split up. The drive up was definitely rough and long so we recommend choosing the pick up option but still a cool experience and definitely doable. This tour lasts from about 9am start time to about 4pm.
