Marie was fantastic!! Her knowledge, passion and where she took us to the culinary hidden gems of this great city was deliciously inspiring. Great to get your culinary bearings. Great small group too

Such a fun and intimate Copenhagen food tour! We loved tasting authentic local dishes with an incredible guide. It was so fun to learn the history about the city and enjoy great food. I would definitely recommend to others :)

This tour was very disappointing. If you see the picture on the ticket it looks like you are going to have at least one beautiful open faced sandwich. The reality is that you are forced to go into kind of a dark and very crowded place and select 2 plates of open faced sandwiched that appeared to be made by a machine with identifiers in Danish. After we sat down we had 20 minutes to eat but we could get one more plate during that time. We couldn’t hear each other talk because it was so crowded. The food was OK but nothing special. We did sample many items during our walk- cheese, hot dogs, hard candy and chocolate. The guide was nice. This was the most expensive food tour on our vacation to Iceland and Sweden and was not worth the price.

This was a truly delightful few hours of trying traditional dishes, pastries, confections, and locally sourced foods and brews. Yum! Peter was very knowledgeable about traditional vs contemporary takes on dishes, and about the places we met and walked to. I really appreciated the recommendations at the end of the tour also - we have been to a couple already, and if we were here longer, we’d hit them all!

Peter was excellent. The tour had a great pace and allowed for enough time at each stop to enjoy the food. There were also historical facts of Copenhagen and Denmark mixed in along the way.

Marie was fantastic, really great tour. Great for an early part of the trip as we saw a lot of sights in addition to the excellent food.

Peter did a great job explaining the histories of the foods we tried and we had a great walking route along with some great local restaurants.

Our food tour with Peter was a great experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable of the city and shared bits of its history with us between food stops. He was super friendly and made individual conversation with probably everyone in our group. All of the stops were delicious and well chosen, and we liked the variety in the food we tried. The cheese at the beginning was SO GOOD, and we loved the stops for different sweets too. We’re glad we didn’t save the tour for the end of our trip because Peter gave everyone a list of bakery and restaurant recommendations all over the city that we now want to check out! Highly recommend this trip to anyone that wants a crash course in Danish food and a great orientation to the city.

It was a nice variety of Danish food with minimal walking. Peter was friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided us with enough information without it being overwhelming. It was a pleasant experience.
