Alanya's Triple Treat: Sky Views, Sea Cruise & Dimcay Oasis

Nice day trip. You were only with the guide on the bus journey & him taking you to boat, lunch & waterfall i.e. he does not give you a guided walking tour of Antalya. This wasn't a problem for us as prefer to do our own thing. Lunch is a chicken kebab, which was very authentic, very filling and very nice! Downside was you had to buy your own drink with it. The drinks were really cheap ( we got 2 pepsi max & 2 waters for just over €3) so personally I'd prefer to pay a little more for the trip & get drink included as caused some confusion on when to pay for them.

Had a great time on this tour. Came to our hote to pick us up and drop us off. The day was well organised and the tour programme moved around to ensure we avoided the crowds. Lunch provided was great. Would highly recommend!

Great to see Alanya from Side. Wish we had more time in the centre but a beautiful city. Tour guide very informative. We all enjoyed the day! Food was great too. Everything was included expect for cave which was €5 each. Cash is needed for this.

Tour organiser was great he was very quick and efficient with his replies when my bus was 20 minutes late and messaged during the day to see how the tour was. Due to the bus being this late it unfortunately cut into our time at the top of the cable car. The tour guide told us you need a minimum of 4 hours at the top of the cable car so as you can imagine 1 hour is no where near enough. But great views and everything went smoothly. Caves were great also! Dimçay was a bit disappointing as you don’t get to be near the water while you have lunch nor do you get to look round. The tour guide was very friendly but I wish he would have told the group of young females who were shouting on the bus to keep it down a bit because other travellers couldn’t speak to one another. Visited a very pretty Turkish delight shop where you got to try Turkish delight, Turkish çay and smell the spices. Boat tour was ok but you didn’t get to see half the things the tour guide said you would see but nice views. Many different tour company’s doing the same route as we kept seeing the same groups at majority of the stops, would recommend visiting the places on your own so you can spend as much time as you like at each destination.

Pick up was perfectly on time, the tour guide was friendly, funny and professional. Our driver drove safely and was professional also. The tour guide explained everything in detail and also gave us interesting facts on Turkey during our drive. The tour was well planned, lunch was delicious with options - vegetarian, fish or chicken and then sides, which included various salads, fries, pasta and bread. The price of drinks was additional, which is clearly stated before booking the tour. I visited the caves and cable car. The cave is €5 extra, but was worth it. The cable car was fun and takes several minutes to reach the top. We were given free time at the top to explore the castle and market that was there. We then had free time after lunch, which was great. You could get a coffee/drink or look at the clothing stores. I’d definitely recommend this tour.

Pick up was exactly on time, the bus was full, which is a good sign and everything was explained in full by the tour guide. I would definitely recommend doing both the cable car and visiting the caves as these are optional. The cave was an additional €5. Lunch was fantastic and you can choose from vegetarian, fish or chicken with drinks to pay for at the restaurant. After lunch we also had free time to shop, grab a coffee or sit and relax. Once back on the coach, we went to the harbor to enjoy our boat ride, which was great. Then it was time to get dropped back off. The tour guide was friendly, bubbly and made the tour run so smoothly.

The tour to the old town was very informative we had a lovely lunch and to finish off a boat trip my favourite part was going into the caves

This is a lovely day out that could have been made better. Stopping to see bananas grow was nice, the stop in the centre of Alanya is a total waste of time as you waste an hour looking at the same fake stuff that is everywhere. Boat trip was good as was the lunch at the restaurant in the canyon and sitting on cushions on the raised areas above the water was nice. Cable car was good but no one tells you it only takes you part of the way up meaning you need quite a lot of time to actually get to the citadel at the top. We never made is to the citadel because we only had 45 mins before we had to come down again which was a real shame and not made explicit in the description of the trip. Having said that the views from where we got to were great and the old mosque at the top is worth a visit. The reason we only had 45 mins was cos we had a visit to a cave with stalactites and stalagmites included which ate into the time. Some people didn't have the cave on their itinerary so had longer could have reached the citadel. To make this a better trip I would ditch the visit to the centre of Alanya as it doesn't add anything to the day at all and use that time for longer at the castle and citadel.

The trip worth the price. Our guide, Abdel has a very good english, easy to understand. We manange to visit all the scheduled objectives, even though the road trip was a bit longer than expected. We also saw a bannana tree plantation, The cable-car gives us the opportunity to have an amazing view of the city and the surroundings. I highly recommand this trip.
