We did the Apartheid Museum and Soweto tour guided by Oupa, from Mossafari tour. It was an amazing history lesson and an immersion into the local culture. The guide was super attentive and friendly. Totally worth it!

Me and 5 friends were wondering how the township were organized.. so looking around we found this tuk tuk tour around Soveto. I can tell that the experience was really touching, well organized (several stops were done and explanations were provided, you can ask all the questions and take pictures), we felt safe all the journey. I want to say thank you to MoAfrika that shown us the real Africa!

Byron's expertise as our tour guide in Soweto was truly remarkable. His in-depth understanding of the diverse socio-economic classes within the community was evident, and he conveyed this knowledge with confidence and clarity throughout the tour. Byron's approachable demeanor and willingness to answer all of our questions made the experience even more enriching. He thoughtfully stopped at various points of interest, allowing us ample opportunities to capture the essence of Soweto through photographs. This tour was undeniably one of the most eye-opening experiences I've ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Choosing Byron as your guide ensures an insightful and memorable journey through Soweto.

The guide Byron was really knowledgeable and maintained his neutrality of Soweto which allowed us to really learn about Soweto's history. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn about Soweto. We did the 2hour tour but perhaps a longer tour would be better.

Great experience. The Tuk Tuk made everything open and accessible, parts of the tour was on foot as well. We got to meet and interact with locals. Byron, our driver/guide, was amazing. 10/10!

Byron, our driver/guide. Very cool guy! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring. Attentative and nit in a hurry. You could feel he....lives the place.

We had a very positive experience. The tuk tuk was comfortable and a great way to see Soweto. Byron was an awesome tour guide who had extreme knowledge of the area and gave excellent insight into the different areas of the township. We enjoyed getting out to walk around, see more and meet a few people. Overall we would highly recommend the tuk tuk tour.

What a great and thorough tour in Soweot by Byron, a local resident. He took us all around in a tuk tuk which was the best way to see the area. He was super knowledgeable. The delicious lunch was a perfect ending. The locals loved seeing the tuk tuk too.
