Milford Sound: Ultimate Fly-Cruise from Queenstown

We flew to Milford sound for the cruise experience. The flight was amazing. Very hospitable pilot and very well organised ground crew right from pickup shuttle to booking office. Flying we could see amazing scenery with the pilot comentating on what we could see. Well worth the tickets to fly in. The cruise was well organised. We had great weather so did not need to rug up as much as some suggested. Others on board some had shorts and shirt. Inside the cruise was very warm and comfortable. Onboard food and drinks easily available but we did bring some crackers and cheese. Gorge is a deep glacier carved passage way. Lots of cruise boats going up and down. What to see - is so-so.

The flying experience to and fro was very smooth and comfortable. While in the flight, Andrew (our pilot) did a great job at explaining the sights we were passing. Milford Sound is incredible to experience as well.

What an experience! So much fun! Our pilot Nick was superb. Probably one of the best experiences EVER! A must DO NOT MISS THIS!

Pilot Michael gave us a very good experience not only during the fly trip but also detail explanation of what we see throughout both fly-cruise-fly journey. He seems to do some trailwalk before and gave us some insight of which route is hard and what those huts we see at the mountain are for. Pretty great experience The pure Milford cruise is also amazing. Nice lower area for lunch, while upper and roof deck for exceptional experience. The guided tour throughout was Amazing and experiences some amazing waterfall.

Can not fault True South Flights Fly cruise fly to Milford Sound. All the staff were friendly, communiated well and efficient. A big thanks goes to Luke our pilot who took extra care to ensure we had the best experience and showed us the glaciers close up. He was considerate with everyone and very informative.
