Booked online downloaded app and used for a day...lucky not to wait too long between buses..reps at some of major stops were very helpful...App good for identifying bus stops and live bus tracking....great service

We purchased our tickets through Delta Vacations and from the start it was rough. It took forever to get our tickets which wasn't the tour operators fault but annoying. The tour itself was almost unusable. busses were late and delayed, route times weren't accurate. We sat with zero communication for almost 30min at a stop and no other alternative routes or locations we could get to. The app was completely useless the entire time. We ended up riding the bus once and not using it again. We had a better experience with the cabby who drove us to their offices than with any time spent on their busses. The lack of busses meant that everything was overcrowded. It was cramped and loud. Made it incredibly difficult to enjoy. They did advertise they had live hosts but only had recordings on the bus that would play multiple times in a row. I also cannot say it enough, the app is unusable, inaccurate and a waste of time and data. I'd look for another Hop on Hop off operator before using Golden again.

Robin gave a thoroughly educational and entertaining overview of the history of the British monarchy to contextualize the sights of the city. I enjoyed it very much.

Everything is within walking distance. It’s much better just to save your money, use Google Maps and walk around. The driver drives around very slow to make it seem like everything is far away.

Robin is a fantastic guide, full of stories and anecdotes. Pays off to be a history teacher and a Jedi Knight I guess… Highly recommend
