The salt mines are amazing, the tour was excellent, and the driver Peter who did the transfer to and from the mine was very good.

Anna was very friendly and attentive. Humorous in English and lots of advice regarding the trip, comfort and clear instructions where necessary. She even had a video how to return to the bus depending on which exit you used! Would Hope to see her again when we return.

Great day out, and the tour guide at the mine was well worth having - beautiful experience. Krakow Direct also very reliable and Kate managed the tour timings well.

Picked up from hotel and option to be dropped off elsewhere on return. Well planned trip. Lots of steps to walk down, more than 300. Very warm in the mine. Tour guide very knowledgeable but the headsets weren't so good of you lagged behind the group. Amazing place underground. Lovely restaurant, very reasonable prices too. The journey in the very small.mining lift wasn't pleasant as 7 adults were squashed in but it gave an experience of what it was like! Overall a good trip out.
