Amazing as ever, very clean and all the staff were very nice. Specially when we did the tug of war at wave pool superb fun with Adonis and Dilan!! Will definitely recommend to everyone

I really had a wonderful experience! I enjoyed a lot — the place, the service, everything was great! I even met one of my kababayans, Adonis, who assisted us so happily and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! 😇✨

We had the best day as always at the biggest water park in the world! Special thanks to Madhav for going above and beyond and making my daughter feel so special. Can’t wait to come back!

We had fast track so the size was good because we skilled most queues. Staff made it feel warm and welcoming and service was amazing as always. We stayed from 10-5 and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a cabana so it was good. I do not know our admission fee. I liked the rapids and Neptune tower. Posidean tower was good as it had group ones and I flew on the scary group ride!

We had cabana 14 at the baracuda Jessica our host for the day was fantastic very helpful and very attentive. Couldn't recommend her enough. She was amazing

AquaPass or Not AquaPass that is the question. I was back on forth on it as it’s a lot of money. But ultimately it came down to “we are going in October half term, it’s going to be busy” so we bit the bullet and went for it. 100% the right idea so here is the low down… Me, wife, daughter 1 (11) and daughter 2 (12) Monday of October half term. We paid £715 for 4 passes + 3 AquaPass (My wife doesn’t like big rides) all pre-booked. We then paid £35 for premium seating (just 1 for wife as we’d be off most of the day) which we booked once there using the app as we needed the wrist band paired. We then spent about £175 on food, drink, ice cream etc. We arrived at 9:30 (swim gear under shorts/t-shirts) and got in, got wrist band, then waited for it to open. We were let into the actual park at about 9:45 then we dropped a bag at the lockers, found our premium seating (we were at Torrent Bay) then went on a couple of the group rides with the wife while it was quiet and queues not too bad. Then by 11:30 it was getting busy to the wife headed back to the seating for a chill and we headed off. This is where the AquaPass really kicked in. We must have done 25 rides all day. But some rides without the pass were an hour plus wait. Think the worst it got was 1 hour 45 minutes for one. I did feel it for some people as at one point we passed the same group queuing 4 times!! You can feel the daggers!! We were walking past someone on one ride and heard the lifeguard telling him it was 1 hour 30 from where they were. They do keep it fair though. The way they do it is one lot from the normal queue, one lot for the AquaPass queue. It’s not a case of just sorting the AquaPass lot first. Think the longest we queued was 25 mins, but it was usually 5-10 mins. Some times it was straight on!! All in all, we spent best part of a £1,000 but it was an amazing day out. The park is awesome! Clean, safe, the staff are all over it and the rides are amazing. So in answering the question “to AquaPass or not AquaPass” ……. If you’re going at peak time, buy it!! If you can’t stomach the cost, then just accept they’ll be some big queues like any other theme park in peak times. One last thing as well… my wife was talking to the staff and tomorrow they have stopped selling AquaPass tickets so if you’re doing it, pre book! Enjoy!! PS. Shockwave was our family favourite! 5 min wait each time!

We visited the Aquaventure Waterpark this week for the fifth time with our kids (ages 7 and 10), and once again we had an absolutely amazing day! Everything is just perfect – from cleanliness and safety to the friendliness of the staff. The slides are exciting and varied, waiting times are short, and the entire park is beautifully maintained. Our children were thrilled the whole day, and we parents were able to truly relax as well. A special highlight: even though the park can get busy, it always feels calm and well organized. You can tell that the team really knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended for families!

Every time I came here with my family I feel I'm in different world we enjoy somuch and my family as well every time is like a different experience it's extra ordinary tumbs up to all the team here the guy that arham that assist as thumbs up for you

- A copy of the voucher must be printed and presented at the Ticketing Plaza
