Marrakech City Tour by Abdel : Morning & Afternoon Options

This was a fantastic walking tour, easily the best we experienced in Morocco. Our guide, Youssef, was absolutely incredible. His deep knowledge and historical insights into the Medina didn't just make the tour enjoyable—they made the entire experience unforgettable and truly brought the area to life.

This walking tour is a perfect length and pace for seeing the highlights of the Medina (old Marrakech). Abdel is a very experienced guide, friendly, and so knowledgable! He’s fluent in multiple languages including English and French. I learned so much about Bedouin culture from him, and the history of Morocco, while strolling. The sand coffee is a highlight!

Ikram was very knowledgeable, the tour was nice, definitely needed the sand coffee towards the end of the tour. Loved the pharmacie. Palace was amazing

Abdel did a great job sharing the history and the culture of Marrakech. The pace was a nice walk that included time through the central market as well as a tour of the Bahia Palace and a Moroccan tea stand. I would definitely recommend this tour and this guide.

Sallum was an amazing guide. He showed us round all the best parts of the Souks. He was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Best guide ever!

Abdel was an excellent guide providing the group at the start with an interesting overview on the history of Marrakech. The group of 8 including ourselves were fun too! Abdel pointed out all points of interest, he also provided us with the history behind the Palace before we had free time to explore. Coffee on Sands Cafe at the Medina was a welcomed stop the owner being both informative about the blend of coffee and so hospitable. The Spice and Argan Oil shop at the medina was excellent. We were shown all the spices together with argan oils and the health benefits and how to use - soooo informative and thank you to “Rabit”for the demonstrations. Would highly recommend this tour and thank you to Abdel for an interesting and fun time:-)

You’ll get what is in the description. They give you the meeting location and they are patient if you are running a bit late. We had issues finding a taxi on the way there. Whilst walking from point to point there are useful fact that will be shared. I’d suggest going on the morning option as it’s quieter and cooler. You’ll also arrive to the same spot that you started but won’t recognise it. I appreciated that whilst being deep in the markets the sellers are not very pushy. Sallam had a very positive attitude, was knowledgeable and patient with extensive photo takers :) Only thing that I would suggest is not to specify what is considered an appropriate tip on the first text as that indisposed me although I left a tip at the end.

Excellent tour with Sallam! Very educational and interesting, was great to explore the medina and see the palace as well. Stoped at a natural pharmacy and for sand coffee which was also great! Highly recommend.

Abdel was very knowledgeable and good fun too. The walking tour was very interesting and the time flew past. Thanks so much for making it such good fun
