Kevin was not only a fantastic tour guide with an immense knowledge of the history and present day of NYC but he was also a very inspiring person. Great people skills, humour in abundance, a natural herder of young penguins, with a sharp eye for NYC water towers! Juan was a great driver and made the tour very easy, even managing to navigate around road closures due to NYC marathon.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting. We loved it! There was a fair amount of walking and for two old people with canes, it was doable. The guide made sure we were helped when we needed it. This tour was well worth the price. Places we never would have seen otherwise and facts and information it would have taken us a long time to accumulate.

The tour itself was just okay, but unfortunately the experience was really ruined by the microphone situation. The tour guide was wearing a mic even though the bus was very small, and his voice was already loud so the sound became extremely harsh and uncomfortable. We even told him that the mic was too loud, but he kept using it. Honestly, the whole thing was really unpleasant because of how painful and distracting the mic sounded. I couldn’t wait for the tour to end so I could get off the bus I actually ended up with a headache. To make it worse, one of the minibus windows was loose and kept rattling the entire ride, which added even more noise. It really made the experience stressful instead of enjoyable.

A good overview of New York on an enclosed van. Quite a few stops which is great, but in/out of van gets tiring. Tour guide, Brooklyn Jim made the trip worthwhile as his knowledge of NY is extensive and has lots of fun stories. Highly recommend.

Don was very knowledgeable about the different areas. It was a nice overview if you only have a short visit. It gives you an idea of where you want to return to spend more time.

The tour was well organized, so informative and Brooklyn James…. Aka Vinny… knocked it outta the park! 6 hours flew by!

What a wonderful an educational experience. Our guide took us to many historic and famous landmarks. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore NY
