Unforgettable NYC: Harbor Lights Cruise & Skyline Views

We had great evening on the harbour lights cruise. Our guide was very good (flying bobby) very knowledgeable and told us what to look out for and how to get some fab photos. We sat outside (as did most people at the start but most went in on the way back) It was freezing! And i mean cold we had hats winter coats and thick gloves but could have done with a blanket. We could have gone inside where there were seats, windows and warmth but we like to be outside so just got on with it. You could buy premier seating but that just looked like seats with a bit more padding and these seemed all inside so we were glad we had the cheap seats. We had fantastic views of the skyline and the statue of Liberty. This tour was one of the highlights of our holiday. The lady who sorted our ticket in the ticket office was very nice however some of the staff directing guests to the ticket office and onto the boats need a little training in customer service skills, eye contact, talking to you and not the floor and maybe even a smile or the hint of one. I come from a customer service background and don't think those things are too much to ask hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

This was my favorite tourist attraction. My first trip to NYC. It was so beautiful. The night lights were so beautiful. The MC gave us a history of what we were viewing. There is food and drink that can be ordered. The upper outside was awesome.

Absolutely worth the price! Amazing views and commentary. No matter where you were on the boat, you got breathtaking views of NYC.

Fantastic views of the city at night. We really enjoyed this little cruise along the Hudson & East River. Really beautiful! Top Tip - Wrap up warm, we did but a lot of the other people didn’t and were extremely cold when out on the deck.

Took this tour the day we flew in early to get a feel for the city and enjoyed the cruise and tour guide immensely.

The tour was amazing. We really liked the guide. He was funny and informative. We. saw alot of interesting locations We totally recommend this tour.

The boat was clean and spacious but in my opinion they crammed a few too many people on. We arrived at 6.20 and couldn’t get three seats together let alone with a view so anyone arriving later had no chance! Postcard Tim our commentator was brilliant. The right balance between information and fun. He really made the night. Views from the back deck are awsome but just be prepared to stand. Brooklyn’s Bridge, Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline all amazing from the water.

Worth the money. Beautiful lights on the evening cruise. Friendly tour guide. When our son checked in, they put him on another boat so he didn’t get to be with us 😢 He got off that boat and didn’t go. Wasted that ticket cost. Could do with an updated playlist that doesn’t repeat several times, or no music at all.

Took the Harbour Lights tour. We paid extra for Premier seating on the top deck which was worth it - while it was cold the views are exceptional. The bar man on deck three was great and gave lots of little add ons to the tour guide who was also excellent. I highly recommend this tour.
