A very well organized activity, fun for kids and adults alike. The bush walk was after the rides, taking us back from the end of the third ride to the starting point.

I visited Ecozip with a nine year old on a windy January day in 2026. Great fun, very professional staff (Marcus and Macey), spectacular views and plenty of adrenaline. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience on the zip lines lead by Kaylee and Lucia. These young ladies made us feel very at ease in terms of safety of the experience as well as being very informative and fun. We did the zip lines in the pouring rain and it was amazing. I highly recommend this experience. My Mum who is in her 70s did this with us and she loved it too ☺️

One of my cruise port of call (stop) is Auckland, New Zealand. I booked an excursion to Zipline on Waiheke Island with EcoZip Adventures, through Shore Excursions Group. Shore Excursions Group provided instructions to take a ferry to Waiheke Island and EcoZip would pick us up from Waiheke Ferry Terminal. My Tour Driver was DaBaker. He gave us information about Waiheke Island. I can't believe they only have one grocery store. Cat and Macey were our instructors for ziplining. They provide great instructions. Due to us having an uneven number, I got to zipline with Cat each time. I had fun and enjoyed all three ziplines. The forest walk, 1,400 meters, back to the EcoZip Headquarters was alot with all the Ziplining equipment on. But we took breaks and Macey told us details about the forest along the way. This ziplining experience was a great way to zipline over Waiheke Island vineyards and beautiful forest.

On a very wet day we took the ferry over to Waiheke then cycled over to Ecozip. Wet and bedraggled (and very early for our session) we were quickly checked in and moved to an earlier session. Kaeleigh and Jessie were our instructors and both were excellent. Professional and very competent we felt totally safe with them. The zip lines were amazing and the fact I won the race down made it even better and the scenery -just wow 🤩 . The walk back through the forest was enjoyable with Kaeleigh explaining how the estate was being returned to its indigenous state. A highly recommended activity.

Right from being picked up by Frankie, our guide/driver, who was very informative and friendly, to the very end of our experience with Charlotte and Macie, who were very professional and friendly, this was a fantastic family day, everyone loved it

Our tour was very good, and the zip lines are amazing !!! The views are very beautiful !! We talked a lot with our guides !!!! The zip lanes are tall, fast, and very cool. Every zipline has your own theme. The tour was perfect but our guides: Elizabeth and Lucy, they turned it very, very more especial !! Thanks a lot girls ! ✨

Great fun. Instructors were excellent. (Kaylee and de Baker,). All Instructions were clear, precise and delivered with clarity, humour and patience. They made you feel safe and well looked after. They guided you through the 3 zip lines rides from the start and the end, making you feel safe and secure. Very personable. Fully recommended

From the moment we were picked up at the ferry, the EcoZip Adventures team made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, and impressively thorough when it came to safety and explaining the entire process, which made the experience both relaxing and exciting. A huge shout-out to Poppy and Charlotte for making the day unforgettable. Their instructions were clear and confidence-boosting, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat. They shared great stories that had us laughing the whole time—whether we were flying down the zipline or walking through the forest. The service, the fun, and the views were all absolutely top-tier. If you’re visiting Waiheke Island, this is a must-do experience. Definitely request Poppy and Charlotte if you can—they truly elevate the entire adventure!
