The tour is boring, seeing houses from far away is really dumb. You could see them in a lot of cases by driving around Miami anyway and most of. I didn't care for this at all.

The reservation time for this excursion was 5:00 and we didn't start boarding until 5:20. Each group stopped before getting on board to take a photo by the crew's photographer. We said we didn't want our pictures taken and they said it was policy and for safety. They came around later and were offering photos for sale....so basically they lied to us and took our photos anyway. This was also listed as a sunset tour and since we left late, we did not see a sunset. This tour is definitely better during the day. The guide did a decent job of explaining things in English/Spanish but the boat is loud and speakers not loud enough. The people around us seemed to be there to chit chat which made it really hard to hear the guide. Overall, this tour was okay but not really worth the money. It would definitely be better during the day so you can see the houses and buildings better.

Very nice cruise, but was nearly 25 mins late, and cruise was closer to 60 mins than 75. Would have purchased more snacks, but $53.00 for 4 small tubs of popcorn kinda put a damper on that. They need at LEAST to give 75 mins if advertised as such.

Nice excursion to pass the afternoon. Guide and crew were friendly and informative. Would recommend to anyone looking for something to do without committing a whole or even half day.

The people are nice they try to make it fun with music and things, but the way the boat is set up that unless you get the chairs that are without anyone in front you can’t really see well. They make you sit down so a lot of the homes I couldn’t see because of the seat I sat on. And we picked seat by the side and people kept getting up and blocking our view. The drinks were 25 dollars and popcorn was 13 so things on the boat are highly overpriced. You should not go on any tour after 3pm because the homes they showed more than half of them were not lit up and so by the time to sun is setting there aren’t any homes to see. So for us it was subpar and not worth the price of going. I would say save your money and just enjoy the Peir area and maybe choose another company or boat that is open all around. This one was mostly closed except for top deck in back. In short: Not worth it! Save your money we regret it! Also it took forever to get to the port because people didn’t want to tell us the right direction since there are so many companies who are doing boat tours.

Beautiful excursion, crew very polite. Views were amazing. Perfect timing for us was 5:00 tour as we caught a beautiful sunset.
