Miami's Iconic Views: 2-Hr Open-Top City Discovery Tour

Rip off...very expensive...sitting on it now. Apparently the buses run every 30 minutes. They have changed the rules as the buses weren't full. So sitting here on the bus which they tried to throw us off in extremely hot condition. Been waiting for 45 mins without moving with my disabled mother. My husband when to speak to the staff, who sighed at home and were very rude. They said every big bust tour in the world does the same...we have been on a lot and never had to wait for 45 mins. By the time we left there was a lot of people who didn't get on as the bus was full...it doesn't make sense The commentary doesn't work. Overall, rude staff who change the rules depending on uptake. Don't bother and just catch the trollies.

Great excursion for the price. Would highly recommend! Very educational and love how we can tour multiple areas at our own leisure.

The schedule is not at all as advertised. They say buses come every 30 minutes more like 1 to 1 /2 hours between buses. Buses are old, dirty, and not air conditioned. We wasted so much time trying to get around because this tour id poorly run.

Great tour enjoyed the Miami tour great tour guide awesome people had a great time going to South Beach. You’ll definitely see the rich of the rich.

Pros. The bus was a great way to see so many parts of Miami, it’s an enjoyable route. So much to see Cons. Audio did not work so missed a lot. Employees not friendly Bottom line. It’s worth doing

A fun way to see the city and the audio portion is very informative! We hopped off in Little Havana and it’s much see. The food is to die for and everyone we encounter was very friendly and welcoming. Heading back to South Beach today to explore. The nighttime tour of the Art Deco in South Beach was fun . Lots of action on a Wednesday night! *****

The tour itself was good, nice locations, etc. We got on at stop 5 and rode all the way around. My gripe is when we got to stop 1, which is the main location for the tour, we were moved to another bus, which I assumed was so our driver would take a break and we would continue with a new driver. Oh no. We sat for at least 20 minutes in the sun while ALL the drivers enjoyed a leisurely lunch together. You would think they could schedule better than that. Otherwise it was pretty good.

This wasn’t the best tour we have been on. We were initially in the lower deck (air con unit blowing boiling air onto us in temperatures outside already close to 30c), barely any view & very uncomfortable seats. Only ventilation was when we picked up speed and air blew down the stairs, or when the driver opened the door to chat to passersby in the traffic. The ceiling of the bus was rusted through where the seats upstairs were bolted, and it was pretty grubby. We managed to move upstairs after a couple of stops & that was better - but the driver was quite fast !! He didn’t stop for anyone to get to their seats upstairs, didn’t hang about for anyone dawdling at the stops and was quite speedy in town. When we finally got back to the start/end, there were no lights at all in the bus so descending the stairs was a nightmare as pitch black & an absolute hazard. Had we been moving, definitely a falling accident would had occurred. No staff when we got off & we didn’t tip the driver. All in all, very disappointing.

Good value and stops. Wynward walls was fabulous would highly recommend to visit. $12 to get in. Little Havana too was great.

The whole loop takes about 2 hours, and the bus runs every half hour. Make sure you know when the last pick up is!
