Our staff will work with you to determine the very best venue
for your wedding and honeymoon. When you have made your site selection,
we will guide you to the best professional on-site wedding coordinator
who will assist you with all the local details.
Getting the Word Out
Should you choose, we would be happy to compose a flyer regarding
the wedding site, pricing and destination highlights to be sent
to the guests along with or after your save the date announcements.
We encourage your guests to contact our agency with their questions,
alternative travel arrangements, and their trip payments.
Money Issues

we provide those services without any additional fees to you or

when guests have made their reservations and when they make any
changes. We have actually paired up single guests from different
sides of the families. We provide you with a final guest list that
includes their arrival and departure dates.

and the destination wedding venue
We insure that you and your guests receive the very best service
by sending the hotel a complete list of all wedding guests including
their arrival and departure times. This list is forwarded along
to the reservations manager and the wedding coordinator and serves
to reconfirm that we expect the resort will give our clients extra
consideration, especially when assigning rooms.

wedding is assigned at least two professional destination wedding
agents to make sure that you and your guests are provided with the
