Bicycle Tour from Heidelberg to quaint Ladenburg.

Изюминкой нашей поездки в Гейдельберг был велосипедный тур Генри. Это было отличное занятие для подростков. Нам понравилось видеть небольшой город и ездить мимо садов и ферм в сельской местности, а также свежих фруктов с местного прилавка. Прекрасный способ исследовать новое место, а также немного потренироваться.

Генри - отличный туроператор, и мы были очень рады, что он был нашим гидом. Мы всегда ценим знакомство с городами и сообществами с местной точки зрения и считаем, что Генри уловил этот идеал. Вежливый и гостеприимный. Отличный способ узнать историю и увидеть достопримечательности, как если бы старый друг провел для вас небольшую экскурсию по своему городу.

Генри организовал идеальную велосипедную экскурсию для нашей семьи. Моя жена, моя маленькая дочь-подросток и я последовали за Генри в однодневном путешествии из Гейдельберга вдоль реки Неккар по сельской местности, посещая римские исторические места (например, место первого римского моста). Мы купили и съели свежую клубнику и чернику с близлежащих ферм и вкусно пообедали в ресторане в Ладенбурге. По возвращении в Гейдельберг Генри повел нас другим путем через микрофермы. Дом Карла Бенца и не только. Однако лучшей частью был сам Генри. У него добрый, теплый и воодушевляющий дух, которым мы наслаждались весь день. Быть с ним было настоящим удовольствием, и мы очень рекомендуем его.

Спокойная поездка по сельхозугодьям от HBF до Ладенбурга. Узнал о римском присутствии, так как это был официальный город Римской империи. Кроме того, именно здесь в 1884 году Карл Бенц построил свой первый автомобиль.

We arrived into the historic town of Heidelberg and after brunch met up with Henry for the 4 hr bike tour to Laudenburg. Henry's funny, engaging, and likeable disposition kept us interested and involved the entire time. The fall foliage and beautiful landscape made it a truly memorable experience. We arrived in Heidelberg having spent a long day traveling and Henry’s bike tour was the perfect way to stretch our legs and dust off that travel feeling... We were a little hesitant as the weather was cold and as it was December and the days were shorter however all our worries were to be soon put to sleep as this bike talk went from strength to strength. Filled with picturesque views and wonderful scenery, the highlight of the trip was the beautiful castle lit up in all its splendour (I couldn’t help but include a picture below as it was so beautiful). It was the perfect pace, we didn’t feel we were being rushed and never felt the need to hurry Henry on. Henry himself was extremely friendly and easygoing with a vast wealth of knowledge of the town and surrounding area whixh was complemented by his witty humor. I would recommend this to any keen sightseers interested in exploring a wonderful city. All the best Liberty

The bicycle tour from Heidelberg to Ladenburg is really great! You cycle almost all the time along the river without any cars on the path and can relax totally and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful landscape. Henry even provides to make a stop for swimming in the river, my boyfriend loved it! Ladenburg is a very special quaint place, Henry can tell you interesting things about its history and show you where to get some delicious ice cream ;). Very recommendable trip!

I did this tour with some business friends. Henry Cottam was an exceptionally good tour guide. The tour was excellently prepared. Henry passed on sound knowledge in a very humorous way. Nice anecdotes loosened the tour again and again and always made for a good mood. The tour is highly recommended.
