- Check in at 7:10AM! Train departs at 7:35am & it does not wait. Our yellow check-in stand is located close to the Customer Service Desk at Heuston Station where our representative will be waiting for you in their BRIGHT yellow jacket!
- Please note that for operational reasons and in bad weather conditions it may, on occasion, be necessary to alter certain itineraries. If flights are cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be taken on an alternative tour to Connemara and refunded the difference.
- Children U16 cannot book independently. They must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

• Clients are advised to be on time at meeting points given by hosts, guides and coach drivers as tours will proceed without them. • Wheelchair accessibility: As long as the passenger has some mobility then this tour would be suitable. Trains in Ireland are wheelchair friendly however buses/coaches are not. The guest would have to be able to climb the steps on to the bus. Mobility Scooters cannot be accommodated on this tour.For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
