Must-see. The guide directed us where to go and set us up for the Gran Aventura but otherwise, there was no other information. The transportation was taken care of and that was nice.

The falls were sensational especially on the Brazilian side. Our guide Marco was entertaining, informative and friendly and assisted with crossing borders and passport control. For that we give 4 stars. As for communication we give it 1 star. The booking is made through Viator, handed off to Grayline and in turn to the local operator Cuenca. They send you endless emails asking for the same information and then they cease to exist when you are waiting for confirmed pickup times . They leave you totally in the dark and if you try to contact them by phone , there is no answer, forget email and the only method of WhatsApp is unreliable and slow. Eventually we were picked up , a half hour to 1 hour late, but the frustrating thing is they don’t confirm or advise you of any pickup details and you have to chase them down. Overall the tour made up for the lack of communication .

The tour was very good to see both side of Iguazú Falls from Argentina and Brazil for two days. Also it was a good deal.

I went as a female by myself and it was great meeting others on the bus. Gisela our tour guide for the Argentinian side was amazing. Great English and Spanish explanations and we even did all 3 circuits which was great. Fun day overall. The second day to the Brazilian side was a bit less walking and busy, but the views very worth going there. There is an option afterwards to stop at parque das aves or the duty free shop if wanted by anyone.

The tour guide was great , see beautiful area of waterfalls. It’s two days tour 1st day was Argentina side. Second day was Brazil side. When I read the reviews not clear like that so I thought they do both parks same day but not. So we were not do second day of the falls . It’s recommended it this tour for good price $42 for both park meaning you pay $21 for each day bus pick up and drop off , show you around is good deal. You need to prepared Argentina money peso 5500 person to pay , can pay credit card. We pay extra 17000 peso ( $45 dollars) for person to ride speedy boat ( this is awesome experience high recommend). We happy to took this tour. Plans 2 days 2 park for super fun and rest too. The way to walk to the falls was easy walk , take time even some elderly do good too.

Great tour, you need to see both sides! It’s worth seeing, the falls are spectacular! This trip is a must see while you are visiting Iguazu Falls.

Both sides of the Falls are amazing. However, the guide Carlos on the Argentina part of the tour was only speaking in Spanish even though it was supposed to be a bilingual tour. Unless asked a question, he would only address the Spanish speaking people. However, the guide Miriann for the Brazil part of the tour was very professional and helpful. She would give her narrative in both English and Spanish and was very polished. We are still debating which side of the Falls is better. We stayed at Panoramic Grand Hotel in Puerto Iguazu in Argentina which was absolutely fabulous. I would strongly recommend this hotel for the service, food and value for money.

We booked this trip 3 days before and as advertised expected an English speaking Guide so you'd think ... this was NOT the case really. The tour was split in to two parts the morning in Argentina and the afternoon on the Brazilian side. Whilst we were on the Argentinian side the Guide only spoke to us when we were told where to go and meet. There was NO explanation of The Falls or anything about it in English!!! As for our trip over the border in the afternoon ... the Guide spoke to us a little more but didn't tell us when buying the Park Entry tickets that we did not need transport tickets so we WASTED $20 when she could of told us, very frustrating indeed!!!!! All in all it was an average trip, the crowds were CRAZY and make sure you TAKE INSECT REPELLENT!!!! The Tour itself only cost $35 each so i guess you get what you pay for.

The falls from both the Argentine side and the Brazilian side were magnificent. Both tour guides and van drivers were excellent, and the overall value of the tour was very good. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The guide on the Argentinian side took no interest in us who just spoke English. The group was too big for just one guide. The guide on the Brazilian side was excellent. Caring, observant and very informative. Overview a beautiful trip and everything was very punctual!
