- This is a shared tour, up to 12 clients
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Age minimum requirement for Alcoholic Beverages is 18yrs old and up
- Any client with an alcoholic appearance will not be board to the boat and the refund will not be allowed.
- No pets allowed, only service animals (Service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks.) Service animals count for the capacity of the boat so if you’re bringing any service animal you need to inform us once you make the reservation.
- Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed - We do not advise people with low mobility to take shared tours
- If you are more than 12 clients, we advise you to book this experience instead: "Private tour on a LUXURY Catamaran (Sunset and Wine Tour)"
- This tour is not suitable for bachelor parties
- It is not allowed for the customers to bring any drinks or food aboard, we prefer being ourselves to provide the drinks for your own safety. This is a boat and safety is our biggest concern.
