Full Day Tour to Timanfaya, Green Lagoon and La Geria

The tour itself was good and good value for money, however, the bus was 1 hour late to pick us up which was frustrating when traveling with young kids. The tour guide was lovely and we still got to see everything without being rushed despite the late start.

Despite a rough delayed start due to two cruise ships in port and lost tourists, Yvette (polyglot guide) and Ignacio (driver extraordinaire) did a great job on the tour! We really enjoyed the unique landscape of Tiimanfaya and the rest of the island. Lunch buffet had something for everyone. Of note, tour was conducted in three languages (English, Spanish and German) which sometimes made it hard to hear as tourists not listening to their language many times talked over those trying to listen to their language. If English or other language-only tour is important to you, check with operator before booking.

Exciting tour, packed full of experiences and sites. Tour group picked us up and returned us to the marina with no issues. Professional and friendly staff that is very helpful to patrons.

Eros, with TBL, provided an in depth perspective of Lanzarote's natural wonders with the knowledge of a native and the perspective of an outsider. He got us into every attraction before the crowds which made our day most enjoyable.

Brilliant trip! Be prepared to be amazed in Timanfaya National Park as the coach takes you round the lava fields where you can view the many volcanos. The experiments at the cafe on Timanfaya are great from Geysers to holding lava rock! The vineyard is lovely, a taster of their white wine and a quick walk by the vines. The buffet lunch is good value and the El Golfo lagoon is very striking! We really enjoyed the trip and found the commentary really informative.

Great trip with excellent information through emails and text reminders. Very informative tour guide. Loved the camels! Enough stops if toilet was needed and for a break but not too many that you felt you were stopping all the time. Views of the volcanoes were spectacular!

You spend more time on the coach than you actually do at the areas of interest - everything feel’s rushed. The cost of the buffet lunch is most definitely not worth it so take your own!

Tour of volcano and national park was really good. No queuing. Camels ok and wind ok. Over an hour for picking everyone up was boring and no commentary in that part. Buffet food at lunch was poor and over priced. Take your own lunch.

Be aware that there isn't much to do in the Timanfaya park - you get to see some geothermal demonstrations (10 minutes) and then spend 30 minutes driving through the park. The views are spectacular, but (contrary to eg Teide on Tenerife) you're not allowed to walk around. The secondary stops were well-chosen and the procedures were typical for this kind of big bus tour (ie 3 stops, 10-30 minutes each). However, at one stop, the guide refused to let us leave the parking lot citing company safety policies. That was nonsense. But the stop wasn't part of the official itinerary, so we can't complain. The guide's narration was much less helpful than just reading Wikipedia.
