The Museum of Otto Weidt’s Workshop for the Blind has a high level of accessibility for wheelchair users, visually impaired visitors and seniors. It provides various services to facilitate the visit, such as audio guides, special guides, service animals permitted, touch galleries, accessible toilets, wide doors and a portable ramp. The museum also provides accessibility for hearing-impaired visitors with hearing kits, speech-to-text and video guides. However, it should be noted that it is not accessible by cable car and may not be suitable for visitors on the autistic spectrum due to unknown noise levels, emphasis on sensory stimulation, low light levels and the availability of quiet spaces.
