Kumbhalgarh & Ranakpur: Immersion Royale depuis Udaipur

We had a great day, our driver Mr. Parkash was very helpful and took good care of us driving. Mr. Arjun showed us around the fort and shared his in depth knowledge of the fort and history behind it. Thank you both.

We loved our tour to Kumbhalgarh & Ranakpur. It’s worth it for the lovely drive alone, but the monuments are wonderful. I really enjoyed being able to observe rural village life along the drive. Some people in reviews expressed concerns about the drive, but the roads are paved and in very good condition. A bit narrow near the temple but our driver, Prakash, expertly navigated them. I’ve been on driving trips in Europe where the roads are truly scary and this drive was not at all. Five stars to Prakash for his excellent driving and terrific customer service.

A lovely day out into the countryside and hills surrounding Udaipur. Prakash our driver was a star carefully navigating the narrow hill roads. The visit to the fort needs good fitness to climb the steep paths and stairs. Also ask the tour organisers in advance about dress restrictions for the Jain temple.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Udaipur Tour and Taxi. Our driver Mr. Parkash was so fun to talk with on the long ride and Mr. Singh, our guide for Kumbhalgarh temple, gave a great history of the fort. We stopped for lunch at Gardh Khumba (delicious!) in between the two sights. A wonderful day was had by all!

One more trip and again with very professional service. I can only give my full recommendation for Udaipur tour and taxi to future travellers. Thank you for your care.

Kumbhalgarh was an amazing place to visit that had huge amount of Indian history of the Mewar kingdom that I didn't study in school. The fort too was amazing simply by the size of it. The driver provided Mr. Prakash was also fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Clean well maintained car and friendly driver made the trip very safe and comfortable. Had lot of general Information from the driver (I did not buy the guide services) .

Our driver Mr Prakash was a competent driver and the car was very comfortable. Our guide at the Fort Mr Singh was extremely knowledgeable and his commentary was both interesting and comprehensive. The drive to the Fort and Temple took us through a variety of villages and countryside. Well worth doing.

Such a wonderful tour with Kailash! We booked a tour to see both the Ranakpur Temple and the Kumbhalgar Fort. Kailash was professional and kind, showing up early at our hotel and accommodating us all day. He was knowledgeable and told us about the area as we drove and pointed out various animals and sights along the way (Bats! Camels! Foxes!) We honestly could not have enjoyed our tour more. A++

Our driver was friendly and courteous, making the journey comfortable and smooth. At the fort, the local tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
