Cette entreprise a été très utile depuis le moment où nous avons réservé la visite jusqu'à la fin de la visite. Notre touriste est très compétent et connaît toute l'histoire mais sa présentation peut être meilleure. Nous aimerions être informés en cours de route vers la prochaine destination. Il était assez calme mais toujours très fou de l'histoire.

Julio était excellent. Il nous attendait juste là où il avait dit qu'il serait. Nous avons eu une journée très complète et une super expérience. Recommande fortement!

J'ai rejoint cette tournée en tant que voyageur solo depuis un bateau de croisière. Julio, notre guide, était en contact avec moi avant l'arrivée via WhatsApp et il m'a donné d'excellentes indications pour trouver le lieu de rendez-vous. Notre journée a été remplie de culture, de ruines archéologiques, de musées et d'informations historiques qui m'ont vraiment permis d'acquérir une riche compréhension du Pérou. Tout sur la visite était merveilleux du guide au chauffeur en passant par les nombreux arrêts tout au long de la journée.

Ce fut une excellente excursion d'une journée hors du navire à un bien meilleur prix. Notre guide, Julio, était très compétent et arrangeant pour les besoins des groupes.

Cynthia was an amazing guide who provided rich background and was knowledgeable about the ancient indigenous Moche civilization! She clearly communicated and we covered the Temple of the Sun & Moon (visited there). the plaza and old colonial home where Simon Bolivar stayed, and then visited the UNESCO Chan Chan site! Our driver got us back in time! It was excellent! Bring your own water and snacks and you will be fine!

Despite some hiccups by our cruise line that didn’t allow us to start until 10:30, the tour operators did a great job taking us to Trujillo, Chan Chan, and the Sun & Moon Temples; all in 5 hours. Highly recommend bringing water and snacks to eat along the way as we didn’t have the time to stop and eat during the tour.

We were disappointed with this tour by Mochilea Peru. Although the tour is called 'customized' we did not see any indication of this and the title is misleading. It cannot be customized as it is a large group tour. I booked through Viator and should have read the reviews. We took the first shuttle off the cruise ship to a small square in town where there were many guides waiting/looking for customers. We then had to wait well over 30 minutes for the other passengers to arrive. There seemed to be two balanced groups of people on the lists so we thought there would be 2 separate tours. Eventually we were all put on a bus that had no working a/c and was not that clean. It is not the company's fault that we then sat waiting for the last passengers to arrive. There were 2 guides on the bus but the groups were not divided equally. One guide took about 4 Spanish speaking customers and the other guide took about 23 people. Not a very equal division. The Temple of the Sun is not open but the tour includes The Temple of the Moon. The guide did explain the sites well although please note that the speed of the tour, which included some uphill walking/steps, may not suit anyone with mobility issues. We did not visit the museum and there was no explanation for this. Chan Chan was interesting but largely a reconstruction. The tour then headed for a beach and we were given 10 minutes to walk around. We felt this part of the tour was rushed and the beach wasn't really worth visiting. Conclusion: this was a large group tour. Benefit - the ship might wait for almost 30 passengers if they are late!

Well organized tour with knowledgeable tour guide. Great sites. Bring water, sunscreen, and snacks as no opportunity for lunch. Not for those that have trouble walking.

We rode by the Temple of the Sun which is not open to visitors and had an extensive tour of the Temple of the Moon and Chan Chan. We also visited one of the Colonial homes in Trujillo as well as the beautiful cathedral. Our final stop was for a quick glimpse of the beach town. We did not get to see the museums, but our time was limited because of our cruise's schedule. Do bring water for your excursion and prepare for spending a good deal of time walking in the sun.

Fairly strenuous day. However although our guide was very good and knowledgeable his english was difficult to understand.
