Lou era un guía fenomenal y también era muy bueno con nuestro pequeño. En parte informativo, en parte interactivo, nos lo pasamos muy bien. 10 / 10 volvería por más!

Desde el momento en que Pam me recogió, no me preocupé. Los detalles, el tiempo, etc. fueron atendidos. Pam es una gran conductora, muy amable y conoce su vino. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa y disfruté no tener que preocuparme por el tiempo y empacar mis compras de regreso al vehículo. ¡Recomendaría CHEERS y Pam, a cualquiera que quiera un recorrido relajante pero profesional! ¡Nuestra guía de vinos Pam fue absolutamente increíble! Todos hicimos clic de inmediato! Ella nos cubrió desde la recogida hasta la toma de fotografías, dándonos consejos sobre cómo probar el vino, preparando nuestro almuerzo de picnic y mucho más. Decidimos reservar este viaje porque no puedes visitar el valle de Okanagan sin probar el vino que se ofrece. Nos recogió rápidamente Pam, que fue amable y servicial en todo momento. Realmente tuvimos un recorrido privado porque mi esposo y yo éramos los únicos que habíamos reservado (fin de temporada). Visitamos cuatro viñedos diferentes y todos ellos fueron extremadamente informativos y muy dispuestos a pasar el tiempo respondiendo a nuestras muchas preguntas. El almuerzo fue un picnic sabroso de carnes y quesos que disfrutamos con vino comprado en uno de los viñedos. La última visita fue un poco apresurada, pero creo que fue nuestra culpa porque hicimos muchas preguntas en las otras paradas. Pam nos tomó fotos en los diversos viñedos y luego se enviaron por correo electrónico, lo que fue un gran recordatorio de una experiencia muy agradable.

In these days of nothing but negativity wherever you go, or listen to, this was indeed a great departure and much needed change. Nothing negative about this experience ! :) From the courteous and respectful treatment from office Staff, to being welcomed and picked up from Home by our Hostess for the trip, it was a wonderful experience. So the basics were established, now we could concentrate on the Tour. My friend and I were lucky, as we had an experienced organizer in Petra, but also 3 lovely young Ladies from Vancouver on our Bus, which made it even more delightful, as they were relaxed and a lot of fun too. The Bus had AC, which was a nice touch, as it was about 32F in the afternoon. Would I do it again - YES - just to different Wineries. The Cost seems at first glance a bit high - but the quality of everything was well worth it, including the nice Lunch which was great, but to much for me. Thanks Petra for being such a sensitive Tour Host. Peter & Jim I could go on, but ...........

Thoroughly enjoyed my time on this tour, the guides are knowledgeable and lots of fun. Definitely recommend, and will be sure to go back next time I have friends in town.

It was cool to taste the story behind each wine or cider and each location offered something unique. Lou (our guide) was very knowledgable about the whole wine and cider-making process that added an extra layer of understanding to each winery visit. I would definitely recommend going on a tour, a great experience for anyone.

We had a fantastic Okanagan afternoon travelling around East Kelowna stopping at 4 wineries. Lou was a fantastic guide who is very knowledgeable about the area and educated us on tasting wine. One of the stops also had cider tasting which was fantastic for several members of our group. The tour also included a lovely picnic lunch in the orchard of one of the wineries. Will be using Cheers again the next time we have family visiting the area, but it's great for locals too.

Lou was very knowledgeable and provided a great experience beyond just dropping us off at wineries. It was enjoyable, entertaining, educational and comfortable.
