Dubrovnik

Greetings! Dubrovnik Old Town is one of the finest and most perfectly preserved medieval cities. Dubrovnik Old Town is situated on the Adriatic Sea with rugged limestone mountains in the background. Founded between the 11th and the 17th centuries, Dubrovnik's massive, sturdy stone walls were built between the 11th and the 17th centuries, making it an excellent trading port for centuries. These walls still enclose Dubrovnik's historical center, and you can walk along them to admire the 'Pearl of the Adriatic' and its surrounding lush green islands.

Dubrovnik is still pleasantly warm, even though summer has receded in most places, so sailors yearning to set out on their sailing boats are enticed by its warm sea. Seeing all the beautiful churches from various periods while walking down Stradun and admiring the landmarks along the way is the best way to explore the city. There is also vibrant nightlife in Dubrovnik, along with crystal-clear waters.

The nearby islands can be accessed by ferry if you don't want to stay on the mainland. The ferry to Lastovo leaves daily.

A collection of 46 islands and reefs with stunning scenery and unspoiled beaches make up the archipelago. Dubrovnik offers a ferry ride to the island of Mljet, which is even mentioned in the Odyssey. The national park is simply breathtaking. Besides these destinations, you can also visit Marco Polo's birthplace, Korula, and Ipanska Luka on the island of Ipan. Those who enjoy wine may even find the Peljeac wine trail appealing.
