Exclusive Beirut: Private City & Breathtaking Raouche Boat

We did this tour on a Sunday and we’re able to get around Beirut pretty efficient. The tour was offered in English but the tour guide didn’t speak to good of English. He could do the tour in Arab or French better, per him. Souks part of the tour says 2 hours, more like 5 minutes. While the souks are mostly closed there are other historic places listed in that area to go to but we didn’t see any of that. Only stop at the souks area is the I love Beirut sign. But don’t expect your guide to offer to take a picture of you in front of that or anything else. Boat ride around Beirut was the best part about it. Tour was about 3.5 hours. Part of that time was eating lunch too.

Very informative and fun experience. We enjoy Roben company and experience. The boat ride was the highlight of the tour.

Friendly knowledgeable guide. The history is interesting and the people are very friendly. Great way to see the city from a local’s standpoint while hitting the hot spots.

It was my first time in Lebanon so I wanted to have an idea on what the city can offer and it was worth it. My awesome guide, Mahdi was very professional and attentive.. I didn’t feel rushed and took me to important sights ( which is part of the tour) I needed to see …. and then some…. I gained a brother in this city and that’s Mahdi..

Originally we booked only an airport transfer from Beirut Airport to Batroun and during the 1 hour drive we had such a fun (and informative) ride with Robin that we decided to book a tour with his company as well. We did the Jeita Grotto – Harissa – Byblos Tour with his colleague, who was just as friendly and accommodating. On our last day we did the Private Beirut City Tour with Robin and it was an absolute blast! He was very informative about the city and you really felt he loves what he does. Highly recommend booking any of his services, you will not be disappointed!

My favourite part of the experience was reflecting on how beautiful Beirut is and that Lebanon has a rich cultural history. Also, my tour guide/driver Robin is kind, calm and down-to-earth. He made me laugh a lot and I could be myself.

The best layover ever, i got to see the best part of beirut on this private tour. it was really overwhelming, to see what the city has passed through in so many years. we visited the national musuem, the mineral museums, and got the chance to walk around beirut. crossed the road was tricky, you need to keep your eyes open on all directions. the best part of the tour was the boat ride at the roche rocks. my guide also suggested a nice restaurant with the view of the rocks beneath us. i'll definitely have to visit beirut again, and this time visit the other cities. lebanon is a beautiful country. sad to see what it passed through. definitely recommended.

Great organisation with a knowledable guide. Communication was perfect and Robyn certainly showed flexibility during the trip. We learned a lot about Lebanese histoy and got insights from a real local.

There was some confusion with the booking. But it turned out to be a good trip. I wish I had more time to cover the region with the guide. He was quite knowledgeable and hospitable. Seeing Beirut with a local, through the eyes of local really made the day worth it all. Great experience, it was chill and I learned a lot in a short time. I will be back. Highly recommend.
