Easy to locate tour office and we were greeted by our very friendly guide on arrival. Comfortable bus ride to village with some great commentary along the way about the area. Beautiful area to visit with lots of things to see and do. Highly recommend.

Information about where the check in location to the actual bus location is a long walk especially for those with mobility issues. Actual meeting location was not relayed to any participants.

The communication and tour guide were great, and the location is very picturesque but I was somewhat disappointed by both the cheese and clog-making demonstrations. I was hoping for a more comprehensive look at both processes and found that the short demonstrations - while interesting - were somewhat limited. There were plenty of delicious cheeses to sample in the cheese shop, and an adorable little antiques shop among the other tourist spots. I had a delicious sandwich and Dutch coffee in cafe, which has table service. I'm glad I went - got some great pictures - but would rather have had a more rounded experience with both "maker" demonstrations. My expectations might have been set too high, so I'll not overly fault the tour.

Wonderful ! Except we did not get our canal tour. The tour director told us to call to get a refund. Please help me get my refund.

the experience of see the Netherlands and its windmills was really great, even with the ranny whether. The sites and tour were amazing, the guide was spectacular together with the bus driver making the trip pleasant and fulled with information and interesting facts about the country, languege and costumes. We really enjoy our time in this tour.

There were long periods of time in between stops at the shops and at the end when it was time to meetup at one of them, no one was there and everyone was on the bus. I had to frantically search around the entire village for my group and panicked because I got lost. Also the tour lead lady from Equador was very nice but had broken english during the bus tour which was hard to follow.

A great way to experience some of true Netherland culture. It was interesting to learn how windmills work, how cheese is made, and how wooden shoes are made nowadays versus years ago.

The area we visited was awesome! Our tour guide was great! However, I feel like we paid a lot just for a bus ride to the town. All the other experiences offered were free to anyone who visited. It was worth the trip, but we could've gotten there cheaper on our own and had the same experiences.

Rick (guide) & Theo (driver) were great. Small walk from meeting point to the bus, but it didn’t take long to get to our destination. Cheese demo & tasting as a group, and then free time to wander and investigate the windmills, small houses, shops etc. We met up again for the clog making dem o& then a bit more free time before meeting back at the bus. Rick was informative & funny and could appreciate that people wanted to wander around themselves.

The place itself is beautiful and great to get out of the city, it is a tourist location however on our day the tourists weren’t so many, which made for a pleasant day. There was a bit of a walk to the bus which was fine for us, we did find the tourists weren’t guide felt he had to talk the whole time on the bus and repeated himself a lot. I would suggest that once the clog demonstration ( done with a lath machine not authentic clog making) is done that the group not have to wait for others to make souvenir purchases as there is free time after the cheese making demonstration.
