Magical Cenote and Paradise Lagoon Snorkeling Adventure

We visited as family and the experience has been great. Both our driver Gair and guide Henri were awesome. They were on time and provided refreshments, water, fresh towels and snorkeling gear. One of us were not comfortable with water and Henri made sure we are comfortable during both the water activities. I am quite impressed with the cleanliness of the places visited. Had lovely experience and highly recommend them..

Excellent explanation from guide Jareth during transportation and during tours. Driver Nario. Trip to closed cenote with fish, bats and “cleaner” insects - great explanation on types of cenotes, how formed and expected wildlife. Lagoon is outdoor snorkeling, equipment provided. Snack and water in between.

Nerio was our driver, we felt safe and he picked us up from our hotel on time.. The lagoon had tons of fish. It was a great day

Our driver was punctual and arrived directly outside of our resort lobby in an easily identifiable uniform. During the transfer, our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with detailed information of the environments we were going to visit and an explanation of their culture importance. At the inlet, our guide provided us with snorkelling equipment and life jackets. We had plenty of time in the water and we saw hundreds of colourful fish and many impressive rock formations. On our way to the cenote, we were offered cold water, fruit, and granola bars. Like at the inlet, we were provided with like jackets for the cenote. We had the opportunity to explore multiple caves, and learn about the stalagmites, bats, fish, and many other aspects of this impressive underwater ecosystem. Our tour group was very small and we never felt rushed by our guide or driver. This tour is a great way to learn more about Quintana Roo’s culture and environment, and it allows you to visit many areas that are not overly commercialized for tourism.

Our guide, Cesar, made the trip enjoyable with his humour and extensive knowledge of the sites we were there to see as well as Mexico and its history.

We spent the perfect amount of time at the lagoon and the cenote to appreciate the natural beauty. Alex did a great job sharing the history and significance to the Mayan culture. Carlos did a fine job with the Mayan massage ;-)

be prepared to go into a cave system! i was a little scared but it was well worth it to overcome my fears and explore! the cenote was incredible to see, and the fishes in the lagoon were so cool!

Welcoming, good half day tour, with pick up from hotel. Great local knowledge. 2nd time to a Cenote following a previous holiday to Mexico and this was far better!
