It’s so well done! Very informative. Bus is clean and smooth ride, plus fantastic visibility!! Highly reccomend. A Blessing to see everthing!

The ride was good. There are 2 loops. Several points of interest were repeated. Bring your own headsets (brought my Bose). Clean bus, friendly staff. It’s unfortunate the internet directs you to them as “Hop on-Hop off”. In Madrid, it seems to not be allowed and it’s just a continuous ride. Overall, a great way to see the area and get information.

First, without a deep dive into the description I made the assumption that it was the same as all the other big bus city tours and that you could hop on and off at various locations around the city, you can not, but that was my fault for misunderstanding. This bus never stops. Next, the blue route which is supposed to be the historical route doesn’t even get near Plaza Mayor nor anything in the old section as far as I could tell. It was a disappointment and a waste of money.

The commentary is ok, but it’s out of synch with your actual location so it’s hard to work out what they are talking about. Moving to a single tour, from a hop-on/hop-off approach is a backwards step and means you can’t get to see anything in any sort of detail.

A lot to see in so little time. The bus tour is a great way you start your time in Madrid. Be prepared for the cool breeze if you're sitting on the top deck.

Have you camera ready. You can do multipe bus tour routes over a 24 hours period - - I did not know this!!

It’s NOT a hop-on, hop-off bus even though your website and the outside of the buses themselves indicate otherwise. The ONLY pick up point is between the Prado and the Ritz. The info provided tells you that the (blue) historic route pick up point is at Felipe IV monument @ Plaza Oriente. That is INCORRECT.

The two bus tours were alright, although bizarrely obsessive about architects, which seemed strange. However, along with them was a complimentary drink at Flamenco La Quimera between 12:00 and 16:00. We duly marched there, it wasn't local to the two bus tours, only to find that it doesn't open until 18:00! True, a free drink shouldn't be a decider, but equally, if it's clearly not on offer, don't go offering it
