Grand Canyon West & Hoover Dam: Breathtaking 1-Day VIP Tour

Helicopter, boat & tour overall was an amazing experience. Unfortunately our bus pick up was over an hour late & no one contacted us to advise they would be late. They had my email & mobile number & a quick update to let us know what was happening would have been good & saved us a lot of stress. Our return journey was also delayed for an hour as 4 people did not come back to the bus on time. Those who had returned on time were panicking as they were going to miss dinner reservations & shows. Bus driver should have a contact number for each party, hand out a sheet with departure time details & a contact number for the company in case you have an issue returning on time. We got stuck at bottom of Canyon due to adverse weather & helicopters all shut down. Also, time allowed is same whichever package you choose. This was once in lifetime trip for us so we purchased hotel pick up, helicopter, boat ride & skywalk & lunch. Long queue for Skywalk meant we didn't have time to do both sides & no time to get our food so felt we paid for things which would not be able to do in the allocated visit time.

Really great trip. Chris was an excellent tour guide and driver. We booked the skywalk and a lunch. Skywalk was a great experience a bit scary and the lunch was really nice and we got a window seat. The only gripe I had was we needed more time an extra hour would have made it perfect.

We had a great day on this trip. Our driver Prince took good care of everyone and kept us informed and entertained along the way. He also gave good tips on what to do at the canyon to maximise the time and experience. The lunch was good, get there early to avoid the queues!

The tour was amazing but on top of the great views our guide made it a fun trip. Prince was very personable and informative. You don't want to miss a chance of taking a great tour. DON'T BE THAT GUY, take the tour. Ask for PRINCE with GRAYLINE TOURS.

This was by far one of the best tours I've been on didn't know what to expect I honestly thought it was going to be boring but I must say it was beyond my expectations!! The bus tour guide Prince was phenomenal!! He was very communicative and very knowledgeable about every where we went he gave some great fun facts I rarely go to sleep when someone is behind the wheel but I actually took a nap!! WHICH ALSO INDICATES HE WAS AN EXCELLENT ALERT DRIVER! I also liked the bus it was clean, and comfortable. Great tour i'd choose it again! "Don't be that guy" that don't!

My husband and I had seeing the Grand Canyon on our bucket list for awhile now. It's amazing!! We had the best bus driver whose name is Prince. He's very personable and gave us interesting facts during our trip. Very well spoken and eager to answer questions. He made our trip fun. His trip motto is 'don't be that guy' and none of us were.

Expect to wait. The bus has multiple pickup & drop off stops. Be patient & considerate of others and make friends along the way.

We had such a great time with Terrence. His good humour and jokes made our journey so wonderful. I highly recommend the Gray Line Tours.. 5 stars.

Nice Getaway from the Busy City of Las Vegas. Wayne was our tour guide to the Grand Canyon West Rim. The ride there was smooth with stops to grab snacks and a bathroom break. Once at the Grand Canyon, Wayne explained exact where to go. How to catch the shuttles to Guano and where to get food. The ride back it started raining. Wayne is such a careful driver. Taking extra precautions on the wet roads while telling us about all the Las Vegas history. Wayne has so much knowledge, love and respect for the city and the customers he serves on Gray Line LV. Thank You Wayne for an enjoyable trip.

Thus was definitely a great choice. We were picked up by Wayne who was on time and had all information needed. He made the tour flow and provided very useful information.
