There was very little information given on the bus tour itself, with most of the time taken up by annoying, repetitive music. We were hoping for a lot more facts and interesting information about the area, but left very underwhelmed. Very disappointing.

Bus was brilliant to go on to see everything but you buy a 24hour ticket and 915 in the morning till 530 at night is not 24 hours it’s not even 12. Advertise as 24 hours and it’s not Be careful if you want to stop night one it’s extra No pleased

Great way to see all the attractions of Paris. We were able to get off easily and walk around then hop back on to continue.

Inconsistent commentary between stops - very sparse between stops 1 and 7, mostly music; more effusive and informative between stops 8 and 10. River cruise was very enjoyable and very much the highlight of the day. Maps on bus were out of date and did not correspond with stops. Long waits at some stops.

Loved the info we heard, whether up on top level or on bottom. Was hard to find where to get on at the Eiffel Tower which caused us to have to walk a lot, but once on, we enjoyed the overview very much.

The bus remember where we needed to go the bus shoulders around it. The bus driver was very very kind even though it's beakness big very much English but I understand each other

Great way to see the city. Found the headset guide to be fun facts of what you were driving by. Bus stops were easy to find, be sure to download the BigBus App to track when the bus arrives and to find the stops

Disappointed that the time says it runs until 7:30pm but tried to board stop 11 at 6pm and they said it stopped at 5:30pm. So basically a 24 hr pass is valid for 7 hrs. 10am- 5:30pm

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this: 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date. 3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket. Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket) You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways. 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc de Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and you will be able to access your ticket. 3.
