Definitely worth the trip! We had around 3hrs total in the camps / museums with the other time as travel to and from krakow and 2 breaks. The guides were great as well as excellent communication from the organisers from the outset. At some points it was a little rushed due to the sheer number of things to see and because of other group tours but overall it felt like a good amount of time to soak up all the information. Our guide Barbara was excellent and was really knowledgeable when asked questions. There were a few guests that struggled with the amount of walking involved so be prepared to spend the whole time on your feet!

The driver was an excellent driver and safety conscience. The tour guide at Auschwitz/ Birkenau was very informative and compassionate. iI was a very sobering and somber experience that tell us there is no place in this world for hate! My only suggestion, but i understand the time restrictions, is that i had more time to sit and reflect at the either of the two camps. At times it felt rushed.

Very somber experience visiting but I think it’s a must see to pay respects to all those poor innocent soles who lost their life to evil. Great experience from start to finish on this trip. Comfortable coach there and back from pick up point in central krakow. Your guide showing round was very informative.

My wife and recently went to Krakow for a long weekend. We wanted to visit the salt mines and Auschwitz. We looked up tour companies and we found Hello Cracow and we were not disappointed. From initial contact they were informative and really helpful. We soon had a WhatsApp group set up for us and we were updated regularly, informed of the details of each trip. They even arranged transfers to & from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be using them again and would not hesitate recommending them to others. Thanks Hello Cracow.

It was a very nice experience. It lasted for several hours, but time went by quickly, which just emphasizes how enjoyable it was… I fully recommend it.

The driver Daniel was very helpful, arrived on time etc and communicated throughout the whole experience, when we arrived we were hand tickets promptly and guided through, after the first part transfer was waiting for the second part, and our guide throughout the tour was brilliant! Highly recommend
