A great tour from start to finish. Great communication from the company with pick up times and location the day before. Peter our driver was really lovely and friendly. Our guide for Auchwitz was amazing (apologies I can't remember her name). A long day with the Salt Mines also but definitely worth seeing. Would also recommend pre-ordering the lunch, it was well worth the money.

This tour was great! We was really worried about booking a tour due so many people having issues with having to get up super early. However this was not the case! The pick up time was reasonable and everything went exactly as described on the booking.

This was well organized full day at Auschwitz Birkenau, and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. This is not a private tour, there will likely be anywhere from 5 to 25 people with the group. The driver was on time, and was very nice. Our guide at Auschwitz was knowledgeable and did an excellent job despite having very cold and rainy weather. It is a sad place, but one that all should see and remember, so the story of the victims will never be forgotten. The salt mine was a much more lighthearted experience, and we had another excellent guide provided. This place is spectacular, and a must-see if you are in the Krakow area. The price is very fair for the services provided. I would have like to have a little more time at Auschwitz, it was busy, and we had to move along rather quickly. I believe you would have to hire a more private guide to get more time, and the cost would be much higher as well.

Felt trip was overpriced for what we recieved. Although the coach was nice there are cheaper options available.

The whole day was brilliant, very good communication right from the start and on time with pick up. Well spoken English guide on the bus who made sure everything was sorted. Two very good guides at both tours very passionate about the places we visited. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit these places.

Would recommend booking this trip picked up at 8am no hold ups straight to auschwitz 15 minute toilet break then straight into the museum where we meet our guide what a humbling experience then on to salt mines again 10 minute comfort break then straight into the mine with our guide wow what can I say absolutely fantastic. Both the guides at both experiences were very informative and gave us a lot of information. Peter our driver again went above and beyond even managing to get me some duck tape when the sole of my boots decided to part company would not have been able to do the salt mines if it was not for him . A very long day and over 30.000 step taken would not recommend if you are not fit and can keep up the pace but we were glad we did both in one day leaving the rest of our time in krakow free to do other things . Went with choose Cracow.

This was a harrowing trip to see first hand the horrors of the Holocaust. To walk in the footsteps steps of the people treated so cruelly was truly humbling. Our guides were professional, provided us with devastatingly accurate, no holds barred information but with sensitivity, thoughtfulness and deference to the memories of the people whose lives were taken from them so brutally. Everyone should make this trip in their lifetime. Would highly recommend.

Auschwitz a sobering experience. We all know the history but seeing the reality is beyond my words. The guide was perfect in every way, reverential and extremely knowledgable. The salt mines a very different experience, amazing and interesting. The guide was funny (a welcome relief) very knowledgable and interesting. Both very different tours, my emotions were all over the place and I’m glad I went. Our driver Tomas was very funny and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Great tour eye opening experience... very long day so be prepared and if you go in decemeber time wrap up because its freezing cold. Tour was amazing great guides for both even on pick up Julia made us feel really welcome. Take snacks for the journey and your own drinks and the venues they are quite pricey.
