Be sure to read the section about needing train tickets and lunch. Our guide was difficult to understand with her accent, tended to repeat herself, told us she would give us more information than the exhibit which is clearly not true, and seemed distracted by seeing some of the other guides with their groups. There was no time to rest and eat lunch, and no place to eat lunch except outside, which was very cold and windy.

Our tour guide was informative and professional. The tour was thought provoking and well worth doing. There is a lot of information to take in and it is worthwhile taking the time to visit.

Our tour guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable in many different countries and cultures. He even reminded my husband of one of Haiti Presidents which was about 30 or 40 years ago, that my husband had forgot. He is well versed in German the culture and was able to answer all of the question that we had about the concentration camp.

Miguel was an amazing tour guide. Visiting a concentration camp is such an emotional experience and Miguel was very knowledgeable. He was patient with all of our questions. He went above and beyond to explain the many layers of history that tie to how these concentrations camps began, existed and functioned.

The tour guide Miguel was amazing and knew so much history and was very passionate about this event. Really made you think and feel for what was going on during these times! An amazing job!

I learned a lot on the tour from our guide Anna. She is a student of history and includes the knowledge from all perspectives of WWII individuals and countries. The tour of the concentration camp, including the barracks and the tower, as well as the timeline of events leading up to and following the war make this a memorable experience.

Very interesting and moving but a lot of walking, just getting to the camp. Really need to be able to take a bus

The visit to the Sachsenhausen camp was definitely a powerful and worthwhile experience. The weight of its history does make it a heavy day but its important to visit and learn the history. Our guide Siobhan was excellent, she shared insights and stories that went far beyond what you could learn from the plaques alone. Great day!!

This was a very insightful and somber tour. Anna, our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeabl, friendly and very accommodating to the groups need. She gave enough time also for us to explore the galleries by ourselves. She really enhanced our experience and went above to share other insights and literature recommendations. I'll highly recommend her. Also thanks to her for other tips fire us to see and enjoy Berlin
