I have used this company Services several times when I’ve had friends visiting me in India and they have always been exceptional. It’s unusual here to find guide services that listen to what you want and plan your day around it but these guys manage it every time they are efficient, knowledgeable easy to understand and the cars provided are always clean well maintained with excellent drivers. As I said, I’ve used this company several times and I won’t hesitate to do so again the next time I have friends visiting.

Sumer was our private driver for our day trip. He speaks perfect English and knew all the best places to visit. He was punctual, polite and really respectful. He accommodated us when we needed certain supplies and was fun to be around. I’d definitely ask if we could have him as our driver the next time we visit.

We had Sumer as our driver/guide for 6 days in Jaipur and he made our experience complete. He was so kind, chilled and knowledgeable with perfect English too (which helps us because we cannot speak Hindi). He personalised our tour so that we went to more calm and relaxing places. What a fantastic day tour of Jaipur with Janu Tours. Our driver Ayub Khan and Tour guide Jai Singh were incredible from hotel pick-up to drop-off. Nothing was too much trouble and they took us to all the important sights and threw in a few bonus locations which was so kind. They took care of us brilliantly all day long and made the trip such a memorable one for us. We would highly recommend Janu Tours to anyone considering visiting India and we would certainly be booking with them if we return to India in the future.

We had an amazing time on our private 2-day guided tour of Jaipur. Zaheer, our driver, and Suria, our guide, really went out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. They showed us all the key attractions in the city, but also took us to some lesser-known spots that we never would have discovered on our own. Suria’s knowledge was impressive – he shared fascinating insights about the city's history and architecture that made everything so much more meaningful. Both Zaheer and Suria were so considerate, always making sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met. They also gave us plenty of time to explore on our own when we wanted to. We’ve done a fair number of tours since moving to India, but this one definitely stands out as the best in terms of quality and organization. Can’t wait to book another tour with Janu and his team!

Our tour was amazing. We saw so many great things, including the Amber, Elefantastic, Nahargarh Fort, etc. Our tour guide Surya was really the best I’ve ever had. He told us so much about everything we saw. After the tour, I told him that he should’ve been a college history professor. He was also an amazing photographer and took some great pictures of us with my phone. He knew all the right spots. The driver Zaheer was also very nice and helpful. The car was excellent. We actually went out for two days. I would recommend this Tour or anyone.

We had a wonderful full day tour with Diwakar as our driver and Puspendra as our guide. Diwakar's car was in pristine conditions and his driving was excellent. He provided us with cold water. Puspendra's explanations were very clear and detailed. He was very friendly and clearly has a passion for learning and being a guide. Overall would highly recommend!!

During my stay I got to embark on all kinds of adventures all accompanied by my now dear friends from Janu’s tour company. They were all amazing, well-planned and I never had to worry about a single thing. Even as a solo-travelling woman I always felt safe and comfortable. Janu’s team consists of kind professionals who are there to help you with anything you may need! They kindly organised a cooking class and a day tour for me which i am more than grateful for. What really stuck out to me was the personal connections I was able to make, good conversations on the rooftop and lots of fun. I have travelled all around India during my almost 4 months there and I have to say that this was one of the most memorable experiences. Definitely a gem when in Jaipur.
