We are a family of 8 with one person requiring wheelchair assistance. Kapil took excellent care of us and explained all the spots in Jaipur well. I’d recommend him.

Abbas was very informative, we learnt so much history of the places, he accommodated to our needs and was very upfront of what, where and the costing of admission to these places.

Delight Tours is a 1st class Travel Agency. They catered to our every needs without HESITATION!!!! Our trip started with Neeraj Bhai, has was our tour driver for the journey. He is charming, friendly and very knowledgeable of the roads. He even would give us suggestions on when to see the leg of the tour depending on the tourist traffic so we didn’t waste any time. Day 1 of our trip was Delhi. Our tour guide was Asim or should I say Dr. Asim. His knowledge of Delhi is vast of a PhD scholar. His expertise and explantation was top notch. Day 2 of our trip was Agra. We had the pleasure to have Rafeek as our tour guide. His expressions and feelings that he pours into his explanation made us feel like we are re living that time of the era. His knowledge of the minuscule detail from artistry to craftsmanship was spot on. Day 3 of our trip was Jaipur. If Raghu Bhai wasn’t our tour guide, I would still not know the history of Jaipur. He is Jaipur’s living history. Coming from the US, I had no idea how important Jaipur is to India’s history. Raghu Bhai embedded his knowledge into me so well that I can go back and at-least try to explain Jaipur and its history. TRY, in caps because I can’t do the same as Raghu Bhai. Delight Tours has done well having these 4 Gentlemen represent Delight Tours. I highly recommend anyone choosing Delight Tours to request Neeraj, Asim, Rafeek, and Raghubhai. You will not be Disappointed at all!!!!

This review is about day 3 of the tour, which was Jaipur in our case. We visited the Amber Fort, a local block painting factory, and the City Palace. The Amber Fort provided beautiful views from a mountain range. We gained interesting insights into the handicraft in the block painting factory. They really want you to buy their merchandise, which you need to be aware of. The City Palace is very impressive but also has an 2500 INR entree fee per person, around 4x that of the Taj Mahal, although it's definitely less impressive than the Taj Mahal. It would greatly increase transparency if either the guide or the company provided a list of entry fees BEFORE you decide to visit a site. We went to Jantar Mantar after, with an interesting collection of stony giant instruments for astronomical (and astrological) observations and calculations. Our guide Arwin Kumar, is nice and knowledgeable. However, he was telling us everything at least 2x (more often than not 3x) and there most definitely was the strongest language barrier of all the 4 guides we had so far. He is speaking rather quietly, quickly, and with a substantial accent. He sometimes did not understand a question even after we asked it 2x with different wording. 2 stars for the guide, 4 stars for the sites, makes 3 stars in total.

We had a tour guide named Kapil as our tour guide in Jaipur city and I xan truly say that he is a highly recommended person. Besides his knowledge of history of the place he is also a great actor, singer, dancer and photographer which was very convenient cause he always entertained our kids. So good job Mr.Kapil and thank you very much.

We just finished our tour of Jaipur and had the most incredible experience, all thanks to our guide, Kapil, and our driver, Papu. Kapil is not just a guide; he is a magician, entertainer, and a truly kind soul. He is so talented! We felt incredibly lucky to have him, especially because our children absolutely adored him. After long days of sightseeing, when the kids were fuzzy and tired, Kapil would pull out all the stops. He performed magic tricks, danced the moonwalk, and sang songs that completely captivated them. He has a special gift for connecting with children and making history fun for the whole family. He is a genuine treasure. And we cannot forget Papu, our driver! He is simply the best. His driving was smooth and safe, he navigated the bustling streets with ease, and he was always punctual, polite, and had a warm smile. The car was immaculate and comfortable. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish.

We had such a great time exploring Jaipur with Ragu! He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made the whole day fun. You can tell he genuinely loves his city. He shared so many interesting stories and facts that we ended up learning a lot more about Jaipur’s history than we expected. On top of that, Ragu has some seriously good photography skills! He knew all the best spots for pictures and helped us capture some amazing shots we wouldn’t have gotten on our own. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and really enjoyed the experience. If you’re visiting Jaipur, we’d definitely recommend going with Ragu. He made our trip even more special!

Mr Ragu - our tour guide in Jaipur is very accommodating and provided details about history of Maharaja. He is very supportive and took care of us during the trip. He knows how to take good photos and where is the best place to take photos 😄
