Unforgettable Joshua Tree Offroad Safari: 5-Hr Desert Thrill

Our tour guy was Jeff, and he arrived promptly to the pick up point for our tour. It was a nice surprise that we were the only people on the tour that day as Jeff mentioned that it is their slow season right now, so it ended up being a private tour for us, which made our stops and experience very flexible, and Jeff catered to exactly what we wanted to do. It was very educational. We learned a lot about the park and it's geology, along with information on Joshua Trees, cacti, rocks, inselbergs and many more tidbits that were very interesting. It was evident that the tour guide Jeff loves his job, and he was very informative. He was also very helpful with trying to get just that perfect picture of us throughout the day. It was also a nice perk to have water and snacks supplied during the day. And great to have a climate controlled vehicle to come back to when we ventured out in the heat to see formations and scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out on this tour. Thanks Jeff!

This was an amazing tour! Jeff was a great guide, full of information about the area. It was a great way to see the park. We came across 2 other cars while driving off road. Since this was our only day in this park, Jeff also took us on the pavement to see a few sights, which were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this tour!

An amazing tour. Our guide, Will, was incredibly knowledgeable but also just a friendly person to spend the day with. He was also great at navigating the terrain. We learned a lot and saw so many amazing things in the high and low desert. Really glad we signed up.

It was good to have an expert guide along to share the historical narrative of the park. Water and simple snacks were also provided. You’ll need a light jacket for the 0700 trip, and that is the time slot I recommend as it was better lighting for photos.

It is very exciting to go in a back entrance to the park and feel like you are the only ones there. Jeff gave us several options for stops & picture opportunities as we traveled around which made the experience personal. We had a great day and can highly recommend this tour!
