Luxor's Grandeur: 2-Day Ancient Egypt Exploration from Safaga

Great place, felt very rushed around due to all the times we’re out of place, was supposed to get back at 6 but didn’t get back to hotel till half 10 due to confusion, other than that we had a great tour guide that helped us with the understanding of the back stories

I booked an overnight cruise excursion with Love Egypt Tours from Safaga port to Luxor. Everything about this trip was fantastic! Hass organized the perfect tour for the four of us. He responded immediately to any questions I had. We were met at the port by Hass, our guide Abdul, and our driver Akmed. We drove to Luxor with Abdul and Akmed. We went to Karnak Temples first, then Luxor Temples. Abdul had amazing knowledge of the temples, Luxor, and all of the places we visited. He was very interesting. We stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel on the Nile River in Luxor. It was a very nice hotel with beautiful views. The second day we saw the Colossi of Memnon, the Valley of the Kings (including King Tut's tomb), the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and took a leisurely cruise down the Nile in a small boat while having a wonderful lunch that Abdul picked up at a local restaurant. It was another fantastic day! I had originally booked this tour for March 2020, but our cruise was cancelled due to the pandemic. Hass stayed in touch with me and we rescheduled this tour for November 2022. I highly recommend Love Egypt Tours! Both Hass and Abdul were absolutely terrific!

This was a fabulous tour! The drive from the port is 3+ hours each way. This tour lets you stay the night and get to see everything! We had an amazing guide, Abdul. He made sure we had a great time and offered us options. He and the driver made this the highlight of our cruise. Take the nighttime tour of Luxor. Stunning views. Bring a swimsuit to the hotel, great pools, jacuzzi, etc.
