Can be crowded. Take a towel as you will have to buy one, no rentals. Clean and everyone spoke English

We booked to go on Monday 13th of October as website stated work on the pools would be completed by this date to find one of main outdoor pools still out of action. This left everyone crammed in just one main pool outdoors. Very disappointed as it was too busy as a result. No discount on price either which there should have been,if half of it was closed.

These thermal baths are very picturesque with the buildings, and features! As we first arrived there was no queue and we headed straight in! However .. we paid extra for a cabin. When we got there and were showed to the cabins - they are very small, dark, old cubicles. There were no lights and you need one each! When we were there one side of the outdoor thermal pools was under maintenance and closed which meant that the other side was busier. The outdoor thermal pool and the sauna were the nicest. We did try the indoor thermal pools however these seemed quite dirty.

This was a ldisappointing. The only highlight was the outdoor thermal pool although full to the brim it was nice and warm, other than that all the indoor pools looked dirty. Whole place was overcrowded and in need of some refurbishment. Half of the outdoor pool was closed and empty and staff were quite unhelpful with no clear instructions when you enter.

Good experience. Relaxing. Exactly as described. I appreciated it. The weather was good on the day which even made it a bonus

The place is beautiful and look like a castle! The water is really warm. The costumer service is pretty good. However, we should arrive early because is really busy and is hard to find a place to sit down if you arrive late like we did.

A bit disappointed with our experience. It was very crowded and confusing. There are no members of the staff around to guide you, other than showing you where your cabin is. Apart from this we are glad we visited the baths but will not visit them again second time around.

It was a really good experience. It was a beautiful day so we wanted to stay outside in the thermal pool. One of the thermal pools was closed which made it busy but this didn’t affect the experience

Booked with a cabin and palinka tasting but didnt get either! That said its a must do and the got pools are great. Had a few areas closed off but wasn't that busy so was ok. Saunas, steams, salt rooms, hot and cold pools. Remember to take a towel, flip flops and a swim hat if you want to use the actual swimming pool lanes.

Awful experience - overcrowded, hygiene issues, several pools closed and the attitudes of the majority of staff we encountered was very poor. We paid for a private spa experience which came with a private room, with drinks and nibbles together with robes and slippers. It was regrettable that upon exiting the private area, we were greeted by overcrowded baths packed full of people who looked too ill to be anywhere else other than a hospital. Yes, I accept that it would have been grand in it’s heyday, but those days are long gone, and it’s now a teeth grinding and head shaking experience in wondering why on earth people flock here in their droves. I can’t fully explain how completely underwhelmed we were and it was a definite low point of our fabulous visit to Budapest.
