A lot of walking on unstable ground. Not for the lazy. Wonderful sights. Great history. Our guide was so knowledgeable and she was patient with answering all questions. Worth it!

This walking tour wasn’t as great as I expected. It was extremely windy, which made it very hard to hear the tour guide throughout most of the tour. Unfortunately, that took away from the overall experience.

The tour guide appeared very knowledgeable _ too bad we could not hear her clearly due to the poor headset. There was quiet te a bit of static and she came across garbled and her voice cut in and out.

Our guide Phillipa was fantastic. She was fun, funny, and knowledgeable. She didn’t just have a script, she answered all the questions our large group had about history, mythology, architecture, and modern Athens. She also gave everyone lots of time to take pictures, and paced the tour to meet everyone’s activity level. The tour itself was worth every penny. So cool to be on the grounds of something so old. The company was easy to work with and very modern. We were given headphones and were able to hear everything our guide said, even in crowded spaces. The quality of the audio was impressive. The meeting spot was easy to find.

Very uneven sufaces and uphill walking so be careful. Our guide Victor was great. Very informative. Glad we had a guide instead of doing it on our own

Booked as a guided tour after reading the reviews and glad we did. The queue was very long to general admissions. Little confusion with collecting tickets as there was IT issue, but the guide sorted this out at the entry. In September it was still very hot, a UV brolly was very useful although mind the crowds in a few areas. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all the history and finding shade for the group to stand in. Tour was 2 hours just the right length and at the end you can carryon with photos or head to the exit or museum.
