The experience was beyond our expectations. The guide was extra attentive. One of our friends was using a cane because of a knee problem, and our guide arrange a motorcycle to help her climb to our host family house in Amantaní. Also, his knowledge was 10/10.

It was an incredibly enlightening and rewarding experience. The chance to learn about the local cultures and to see the beautiful scenery was excellent. The only problem was the boat.... the fumes from the exhaust continually came into the cabin. Blech! Not great at all. They really need to change the set up to provide a safer and more enjoyable experience on the boat...

The two days was fantastic. Looking online this seemed to be the best way to experience Lake Titicaca. While it wasn’t perfect, it was close enough. I would recommend this to anyone. Experiencing Pachyama at Sunset, spending the night on Amantani Island, lunch the second day on Taquile Island, the time on the water, and swimming in Lake Titicaca were unforgettable.

Visiting Lake Titicaca was an unforgettable experience! It's one of the highest and largest lakes in the world, and being there, surrounded by such natural beauty, is truly breathtaking. The tour was amazing, especially getting to see the Uros people living on their floating islands. It's incredible how they’ve maintained their way of life for centuries. The views of the lake are stunning, with calm waters reflecting the snowy mountains in the distance. The people were so friendly and eager to share their history and traditions. It’s a place that makes you appreciate the simple yet remarkable ways of life that have endured for so long. If you're looking for a unique and authentic experience, Lake Titicaca is definitely worth visiting

A very easy way to see 1 floating island and 2 'regular' islands. The guide was good in both English and Spanish. Great for local culture, birds, and fauna fans.

I recently took the full-day tour of Lake Titicaca, visiting the Uros and Taquile Islands, and it was an amazing experience! The day began with a boat ride to the floating islands of Uros, where we were welcomed by friendly locals who demonstrated how their islands are made entirely of reeds. It was fascinating to learn about their way of life and the traditions that have been passed down through generations. Next, we traveled to Taquile Island, where the views were absolutely stunning. The hike up to the village was a bit challenging but well worth it for the breathtaking scenery. We had the opportunity to interact with the locals, who shared their weaving techniques and culture with us. The lunch we enjoyed there, prepared with local ingredients, was delicious and added a wonderful touch to the experience.

Participating in the 2-day tour of Lake Titicaca was an unforgettable experience! The highlight for me was visiting the floating islands of Uros. Seeing how the locals live on these unique islands, made entirely of reeds, was fascinating. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and shared captivating stories about the culture and traditions of the indigenous people. What stood out was the breathtaking sunrise over the lake on the second day; it painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, creating a magical atmosphere. I also enjoyed the homestay on Taquile Island, where we learned about traditional weaving techniques from the locals. Their hospitality was heartwarming, and the homemade meals were a delightful treat. One tip for future travelers: be prepared for the altitude! Take it easy on the first day, and drink plenty of water. Overall, this tour is a must for anyone wanting to experience the beauty and culture of Lake Titicaca.
