This is the best activity you can do in the afternoon in Antigua. This tour will take you to 3 mountain tops with incredible views of the city, valley, and volcanoes near and around Antigua. Our first stop is ¨El Cerro de la Cruz ¨ Antigua’s famous lookout point known as ¨The Cross¨. After getting a close-up aerial view of the colonial city, we hop back on the vehicles and head up the El Hato Mountain towards our Second stop. We arrive at our parking lot in El Hato where we hop into our 4*4 pick-up truck which takes us to the ¨HOBBITENANGO¨. This is a lord of the rings themed Eco-Park where we catch the Sunset and are able to enjoy some food, drinks, and games. Here we will go up the hill and sightsee, enjoy great views and various activities in this enchanted little forest. Once, finished we will head back down the mountain where if you are hungry we can grab some food and drinks at a Guatemalan restaurant located on the side of the mountain called El Tambor.

I don’t think I can accurately describe how cool of an adventure this was. My husband and I travel often and agree that this experience was something we’d do again in a heartbeat. From the friendly guide Les (who we will be requesting for all our future tours), to his lovely helper making sure we were safe & comfortable the entire journey , this is an experience we will be talking about for awhile. If you're a Tolkien/nature fan you CANNOT MISS Hobbitenango at golden hour - it is something that will leave you breathless. Thank you Simoon tours and Les for an awesome time & we will definitely be back!

Best experience exploring hills above Antigua. Yes it rained and it was still a spectacular time. Estuardo (Stewart) was the best guide! Yes it rained but we still had the best time!

The ATV tour was amazing! Going from the cobblestone streets to the top of Hobbetango. You see get to see the true culture and lifestyle of Guatemala! At top you can play mini golf, bungee jump, archery and even try traditional pizza! I highly recommend this tour as the tour guide was great as well!

Was a great experience went during rain season and had to do this experience in the rain and still had a wonderful time. They provided ponchos. The tour was well worth the price as you go to several different places and have lunch it is an extra cost but food was good. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing experience! Ethan was a wonderful tour guide. Be sure to wear pants with grip as my leggings mad for a slippery experiences. Overall, a wonderful experience! Even though I traveled with a friend, I would highly recommend for solo travelers as I made friends!

Ethan was great! Very fun experience !!! We rote the ATVs through the street and all the way to a beautiful view point. Learned some history and got some cute photos!

Nice way to see a cerro de la Cruz and hobbitenango. Great photo ops and activities. It was my first time on an ATV so that was a bit scary especially seeing that we were driving on busy roads; up and down mountains, plus it rained. Due to the weather we didn’t see the sunset but I imagine on a clear day the views are even better. The guide was very helpful and ensured our safety
