Antigua ATV Peak Adventure: Breathtaking Off-Road Thrills

Such a wonderful experience. Jonny was such a great tour guide and provided so much interesting information about Antigua.

My family and I had an amazing time on this ATV adventure. Our tour guides were great, patient with our group and happy to help. We had a great experience and each of the stops and will always remember our trip.

Got lucky with great weather, exceptional views. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the trip. We'll try anouther tour when we get to lake Atitlane.

This tour was the perfect way to see most of Antigua’s sightseeing locations in one fell swoop! At 9am, met at the Simoon Tours location, which is centrally located in Antigua, and we were back at 3pm. I have never ridden an ATV before, but they made me feel very comfortable. Not only did we see the sights, but we also got to see a lot of local Antigua by driving through the town on the ATV’s. The guides Eric and José were wonderful! They made sure that we were all always safe, they were very kind, knowledgeable, and they took great pictures and videos of every person on the tour that they then shared with everyone via WhatsApp! My favorite part of the tour was actually just riding the ATV’s to each location! Hobbitenango was also quite spectacular. It was very beautiful and peaceful, and the rope swing was a lot of fun. Cerro de la Cruz was a beautiful view of the city. The chocolate tour was not quite what I expected, but I still enjoyed it. I think I expected a big chocolate making factory, but this was a small locally made company with one man showing us how they make their chocolate, which did feel very authentic. The chocolate I purchased from them was tasty though. All in all, I highly recommend this tour!

This ATV tour was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, incredibly fun, and packed with stunning views that you just can’t get any other way. The guide was professional, friendly, and full of local knowledge — they made sure everyone felt comfortable, whether you were a first-time rider or more experienced. Safety was a top priority, but so was adventure. We rode through scenic trails, and even got to visit some off-the-beaten-path local spots that gave the tour a real authentic touch. One of the highlights was reaching the panoramic viewpoints overlooking volcanoes and the surrounding landscapes — absolutely breathtaking! We also stopped at a charming local village where we had the chance to try some delicious Guatemalan coffee and chat with the locals. It was the perfect mix of adrenaline and culture. The ATVs themselves were in excellent condition and easy to handle. Whether you’re looking for an exciting day out or a unique way to see Guatemala’s natural beauty, this tour is a must-do. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Don’t miss it!

10/10/10 experience! Our guides fabrizio and edgar were great! Glad we had a sunny day for nice pics. LOVED hobitenango! Be sure to walk with something like shades maybe to block your eyes from debris just in case your helmet has no shield!

very great experience. felt very safe and the atvs are easy to operate. you will have a lot of fun. lots of time to stop for purchasing souvenirs or food. great sightseeing. recommend bringing a hat if you get helmet hair.

Really great experience of quad biking through villages and trails to the base of Pacaya volcano. The trails were quite challenging so maybe better for people that have been on ATVs before but the guides were really helpful and it all felt safe. Our tour group was quite large, and slow, so we were late back to Antigua but this shows they didn’t cut the tour short but still gave us the full experience.
