We had the houseboat all to ourselves. It wasn’t fancy, but was comfortable. It was a nice, slow ride through the canals. They prepared a huge lunch for the two of us! Lots of choices! The birdlife of the area was amazing and watching the local life pass by let me entertained.

Difficult to review this as they day itself was amazing. Driver picked us up on time and collected us. The houseboat driver and chef were really helpful. The cruise itself was really fun and stopped off at a market if you wanted to buy fish for them to cook for lunch and fresh coconuts. However, we did all get food poisoning we think from the Rice as this is the only common thing we ate as we were a mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Overall a very good, relaxing and memorable tour. Everyone enjoyed the trip. However the lack of communication was bothering. There was very little update or communication until the driver showed up on time to pick us from the hotel. It would have been nice and secure to receive updates about the driver prior to him showing up. Houseboat staff were nice, helpful and soft spoken. However they spoke very limited English and Hindi.Was little surprised considering this is a tourist driven economy. The lunch served was amazing.

Kerala backwater day tour was a mesmerizing experience. the houseboat was comfortable and clean, offering a delightful ride through the canals and lakes. Authentic Kerala cuisine onboard was a delightful bonus. The knowledgeable staff added depth to the journey, sharing insights about the local culture and ecology. My parents were traveling through South India and the boathouse was one thing that they really wanted to do. I had booked the trip quite last minute and believe me, they enjoyed everyyyyyy minute of it! Great and clean both and delicious food! And the best part, they had the whole boat to themselves, with no other attendees. Also the driver, Anoop, who picked them up from the hotel was really great. If we ever come back as a family I will definitely book with them again.

We came to Kerala for a 3 days short trip and went for a backwater cruiser in a private boat. It was very relaxing and enjoyed the Kerala food, especially the fish dishes. We bought crab from the local fish shop and prepared at the boat. Thanks to the team for making memorable.
