What was especially good was the fact the 24hr ticket allowed us to use the service the next day too . We started at 12 and so had the following morning as well

I would advise to go to the actual bus stop otherwise no guarantee of a seat. Even then if your last in queue and bus full you have to wait another hour. The blue bus is much smaller 30 minutes saw some stunning views we were able to take pictures was told 2 minutes bus was driving away just caught it. Why didn't the tour guide give us a shout-out! Would I pay 50 Euros definitely not! We didn't see any memorable sights. I would have rather enjoyed a nice meal. Save your money

Great that it's covering 2 routes so you can get to less central sights easily. Can get very busy at peak times. If you buy your ticket online and don't get it printed, join the bus at the second stop or risk not getting on at all.

So, I will preface this review with reference to the fact that it was extremely hot in Verona these last few days, which made it very uncomfortable to be in anything that didn’t have air conditioning. However, the Linea B (blue line) buses were small buses (to get into the narrow streets) but they were effectively open top buses with a canopy so they were mega hot and crowded. They only run every 30 minutes and sit less than 30(?) people, so if you want to hop onto one of those not at the first stop on Piazza Bra, be mindful that if the bus is full and nobody gets off, you won’t be hopping on. The red line, Linea A, is much better as it has double decker buses but they are only once an hour. Lovely staff but I suspect that they will be losing business in the summer high peak season because of the lack of capacity.

Basic coverage of the place. Monotonous on both red and blue lines. Should have kept it to just one circle trip. Was informative.

Bus only came every hour which is too long for next one instead of every 30 minutes to wait and waste what little time we have when we are only here for a day.

With the temperatures up in the 30s this was a great way to see the city. Buses on time, great commentary options, and the ability to hop on and off for 24 hrs. We did both routes and added more options once we decided what we wanted to see. For travellers with limited time, this is a good option.

The hop on hop off bus gives a good opportunity to look around the city. It has two routes blue and red. We took the blue route first where the little bus wends it way through the city up to Castel San Pietro where they stop for a few minutes to take stunning photos and selfies of Verona On the completion we changed rotes at the arena stop but didn’t think the red route was as interesting but the commentary was good on both rotes It was very busy and I feel a phone is necessary to act as a guide on leaving the bus as saying Juliet’s tombs is over there is not really helpful

Cost effective way of touring around Verona. The audio guides were good to learn about the city. However, the meeting place, ticket confirmations and getting on the bus first time were very chaotic. Tourists were not told to form a line to get inside the bus. We all tried to jam into the bus. Should have a line to line up.

An ok tour , but for the cost the 5€ little train is better value , the trip up to San Pietro and the stunning views is great , just not the break neck speed we were treated to by the driver, the other route is equally quick a journey, neither more than 45 minutes at most , it is also not the most frequent, one route every hour the other every 30 mins
