A long day of travel was only exceeded by visiting the extraordinary Machu Pichu. Our guide Marco was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the history, architecture and culture in a thoughtful and insightful way. A 20 year veteran whose passion of sharing the unique history of Machu Pichu brought the ruins alive to those visiting this remarkable place. Bravo!

Tour was good, I'd have liked guide tour would use more infographic while explaining, because I saw others doing it. It was a nice trip

Our trip to Peru was amazing. The sites, the food, the landscape, the people. The visits were acompannied by guides who had great knowledge of peruvian history. In short, a great experience that everybody should live in a lifetime.

Thank you for the organisation of this tour! I was really happy that I could make the Machu Picchu trip with you. Everything was fantastic, the communication, the timing, the pickup the train (with the surprises during the trip ;) - absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to Jose Alberto for his guidance at Machu Picchu ❤️ He is a great man and was a big value of every second of his story telling. Very much appreciated! I am greatful to the whole team and I recommend you to my friends. Thank you and hope see you again.

This tour is fantastic! It’s long and physically challenging, but so rewarding when you reach Machu Picchu. All my guides were kind and helpful, especially my guide at Machu Picchu.

The site of Machu Picchu was extraordinary and our tour guide Hector was helpful, kind, and passionate about his heritage. Vipac was also extremely helpful with all the transfers and tickets. But my experience was completely overshadowed by the unpleasant and uncomfortable journey onboard PeruRail. The train had no heat during the 3 plus hours journey in 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Only lite chips and a granola bar available onboard (no food allowed inside the site) so unable to eat a full meal between the start of the train 0600 and the end of the tour at Aguascalientes about 1330. The staff onboard PeruRail also felt threatening when asking passengers for a review. I didn't feel that I could describe my day as happy, fun, or pleasant due to the train experience but I understand this aspect was not Vipac tours fault.

Although it’s a long day with a lot of travelling, it’s definitely worth it. The weather was not ideal, but the fog and cloud cleared for a an hour or so, just in time to get pictures. We were only in Machu Picchu for around 2 hours, and would recommend the circuit 2 option, which allows you to get a great picture at the top, but also allows you to go into the site. The tour guide was great, and took lots of photos for us.
