The man that ran the trip was lovely, however left feeling really disappointed and £150 out of pocket. The coach was boiling hot on arrival, so the air con went on but it was so loud we couldn’t hear the first 30 mins of the tour until we stopped and were able to tell our guide to turn it down. When it was turned down, still couldn’t hear very well and respectfully, I couldn’t understand the tour guide’s English. There were sockets for earplugs but apparently this tour doesn’t do tours with earplugs which was a shame as you would then be able to listen without all the background noise, so for us, it was just a bus around the city but no idea what anything was. There was no boat and also the fountain was closed for maintenance which would have been good to know by updating the website with these details. We weren’t given any opportunities to stop and take photos apart from at the broken chair. Our recommendation, don’t waste your money.

Well worth the experience despite the boat cruise being cancelled. A summer excursion will probably the best.

The trip began with a coach ride past many international agencies but did not stop at any. We got off the bus to see the Broken Chair monument (very interesting), It was pouring rain and the coach moved a few hundred yards,. We had to walk to it in the rain. The second portion was a Tram tour of the Old City. The sound system was out for about a third of the trip. We could not hear any of the narration. The last part of the tour was a boat tour of the lake. The boat we were assigned to was extremely small, maybe 25 ft for twelve people. We had to wait for the electric motor to charge. The rain made it very uncomfortable and cold. Several seats were not under the plastic tarp. It was advertised as a cruise with wine and snacks. We got one small glass of wine, a few crackers with cheese and a small amount of pate. There were no refills on the wine. There was absolutely no narration about what we were seeing. A total disappointment.

We have taken many Viator tours and this one did not live up to the Viator standard. We drove around Geneva on large bus for about an hour and got very little information about the city. We did get to see the UN and take pictures out front. We then got on a small train that drove around old town w/commentary by the 'conductor'. This was pretty interesting but is available for anyone and I'm sure for a much cheaper fare. Overall, the tour was ok, but outrageous for the price of $110 p/person. We booked it because we thought the boat tour was included. It was 'optional', but there was no where to add when booking and we couldn't add while on the tour.

Good sightseeing, tram ride and boat tour. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a great time.

Well worth it! Bus tour for an hour followed by tram tour of old town followed by boat cruise. Our experience lasted 3.5 hours. Very enjoyable. Included a nice snack and wine on the boat.

Though very friendly, our tour guide was not good. If she introduced herself, we did not hear her name. Her English was barely understandable, and the tour script was read robotically. We could not hear the tour description well despite the AV being turned up. For Viator, overall, instructions are sparse. How do we know which group is yours? Can you have a uniform or sign? It was unclear that the boat trip was later in the day, and not right after the coach tour. We had a nice day, but it could have been better.

Tour showed everything about Geneva. Our guide, Gabriel, was excellent and took care of us every step of the way.

This tour was very well organized and ran right on time. The bus tour gave a great overview of Geneva, my only negative for this whole tour is that on the second level of the bus, it was VERY difficult to hear the guide's words. He was very friendly and even allowed for a quick trip to pick up a cake to enjoy on the boat portion of the trip. The boat tour was relaxing g and comfortable.

Very mismanaged tour. First the bus did not arrive on time. The tour left 15 mins late and we waited 30 mins in front of Four Seasons to catch the old town trolley, which never arrived. The tour guide Berry was excellent and took ua to the boat tour instead. Would not recommend this tour.
