The boat was comfortable and the staff was great! Especially Malcom the guide. Highly recommend. The hot chocolate with a dram hit the spot.

Self checkin, clean and convenient. We were in the family / Loch Ness room. Beds were comfortable including the kids bunk beds, bathroom spotlessly clean and we had an amazing view over the canal / lochs including a balcony. We were delighted!

Such a great experience in the Highlands! We loved the indoor/ outdoor seating and Scottish hot chocolate. It was an incredible and informative excursion that I’m glad we booked!

Beautiful 2 hour cruise, the views were stunning. All very well organised, excellent commentary (including several dad jokes) and very polite friendly crew. Cooper says thank you for all his dog treats! Only disappointment....didn't see Nessie!

We had an unforgettable experience on the Loch Ness cruise. The scenery was absolutely spectacular — truly breathtaking from every angle. The commentary on the history of the loch was both informative and wryly amusing, adding an extra layer of charm to the journey. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Highlands!

This was an excellent cruise for Loch Ness. Thoroughly enjoyed it, it was my first even though I’m a Scot and live in Scotland. The tour guide (Peter?) was very knowledgeable, entertaining and funny.

My husband and I had the BEST time on the the Jacobite Cruise! Our guide, Kieran, was great! He is so knowledgeable and he kept our attention by telling the historical stories with humor. The boat was very comfortable and it was nice to have the option to sit inside or outside, or to do a little of both. The gift shop was the best one we went to the whole time we were in Scotland. It had a wide selection of NICE gifts...no cheesy or tourist-y gifts. We bought so many gifts for our friends and family in this shop. Anna and Isla were so helpful and pleasant. They made an already lovely shopping experience even better!
