We had an agenda to see the Coliseum and Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel in the one day at Civitevecchia port on our cruise. Giorgia was helpful securing our skip-the-line tickets for each venue for the four of us prior to arrival. Emanuele was our wonderful driver who picked us up at our ship with all our tickets. He drove us to Rome sharing local history and suggestions for making our day the best possible. We were back to our ship in a timely manner, exhausted by our ambitious agenda but satisfied with what we accomplished with Emanuele's help. His skilled driving through the narrow streets was an adventure, negotiating routes to show us more than we expected and squeeze in a quick lunch. Good communication with Whatsapp, meeting places were clear. Highly recommend this tour if you want things customized or just a private small group tour day in Rome.

We had a wonderful time in Rome thanks to Franchesco. He did an outstanding job. He took us to all the important sites, he listened to all our requests and even helped us make lunch reservations. He went above and beyond to make our day very special. Our day was full of great experiences and very relax thanks to him. We highly recommend it. This is definitely the only way you should see Rome. It was amazing and very convenient. The best part is the driver was able to park in front of every site and waited till you were finished.

Great driver- took us wherever we wanted to go, dropped us off and then picked us up when we wanted to be.

Very professional driver (Marco) who ensured we we on time for all of our engagements/tours with the shortest walking distance (my wife uses a cane). We had to separate three our tours in Rome and every went splendidly! Worth the complete stress relief to know you will be where you need to be on time and get back to your cruise ship safely. George is very warm and friendly and incredibly accommodating. We had two grandparents, three kids and two young grandkids and George was very understating and made off the beaten path stops for the kids. Saw all the sights quickly and was able to get us very close to all of the main attractions. Very clean vehicle and great driver. Also had car seat ready and wanting for youngest grandson. I would highly recommend. He picked us up coming off the cruise in port and delivered us to our airport hotel at the end of the day.

Emanuel was very thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in providing my brother, my elderly parents ages 85&80, and myself the very best that Rome had to offer. He was well prepared and ensured we were able to absorb everything in one day. I would highly recommend Emanuel and want to thank him sincerely for making this once in a lifetime trip for my parents one they will remember.

We got Marco for our private tour and he was WONDERFUL!! Picked us up in a newer BMW, had cold waters waiting, showed us EVERY place in Rome you could want to see, took pics of us, and it was literally door to door drop off/pick up at every place we stopped! Couldn’t have asked for a better day or guide!!!! Picked us up right at the cruise ship ramp and dropped us there too.

Excellent communication with the company. The car was as requested and required (due to my partner using a wheelchair). The driver was brilliant, so helpful, friendly and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. We had a fabulous time in Rome and felt relaxed despite the traffic and hustle and bustle. Our driver took us as close as possible to the sites which made life much easier due to navigating crowds in a wheelchair. Absolutely worth it.
