Great day!! The only suggestion is less time in train station with the ENTIRE history of portugal... yikes too much to remember!! And more time at the market, five minutes was silly why bother. Also... why no headphones for guests? Save your guides voices.. almost impossible to hear guide in noisy rain station. All that said, Miguel was awesome at making the day super fun!!

This tour covers so much ground. The port tasting was great and the boat tour at sunset was lovely. It was a good pace and didn’t feel rushed at all. Our guide Miguel made it interesting and fun. We really enjoyed it all !

Diego our guide on the Porto Full Day City Tour Wine Tasting and Six Bridges Cruise brought everything to life. Such a wonderful full and well structured tour with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. I'd go again and will recommend it.

Licinio was our guide. All in all, it was a pretty good day. We were frustrated with the lack of information shared with the guests as far as schedule for what to expect. More attention to the group’s capabilities would be a bonus. By the time we caught up to him, he had finished and moved on. We felt we missed a lot of information. He was personable and appeared to be knowledgeable. We felt we missed part of the information that we had hoped to learn. We hope the comments are taken as positive feedback.

Great tour. Wine tour and city tour was great way to get some history. Sometimes a bit hard to hear with outside noise. Maybe have earpieces for tour guide.

First was a visit to the train station. Our guide Diego was great. Fully described everything at the station and the rest of the day. Then some walking to other spots. Then bus for tour around the city scenes. Then port tasting which only had one white port and red port to taste. Half day tour ends there. For the rest, free time for lunch at waterfront. Then boat ride of the six bridges of Porto, the last near the ocean. Then short walking tour and back on bus. Bus ride to Atlanta Ocean for some more sights. Great first full day in Porto.

Great tour to get acquainted with the city. Our guide Miguel was fabulous with his amazing energy, warm personality and infectious love for his city. Tiago, the driver extraordinaire, navigated the streets like a pro. We started promptly at 9am with a walk through the streets, ended with a wonderful boat ride on the Duoro river at 5pm. Time really does fly when you are having fun.

I thought I had booked an English tour, but it was a multi lingual tour, no mention of this when booking. I used the Viator app to walk to what I thought was the pickup location, but it was actually the end location, which was about a 15 minute walk away. It was quite a large group and our guide didn't speak very loudly. There were no audio devices provided. In my opinion our guide was more interactive with the French speaking tourists. For example: Generally or he would speak in English first, then French. We were in the train station looking at the tiles. He finished talking in English told us to explore, then meet him in 15 minutes, from memory. I saw the guide take the the French speakers into the train station, they were all standing near a wall. When I walked over they were watching a small train replica, the English speaking tourists were not asked to join in on this. On another occasion he was pointing to a small garden, he spoke in French extensively. When asked what he said, he told me he talked about a building. When I mentioned the garden, he said did I know Paris, I replied yes, apparently he was comparing the garden to Versailles. I really have very little idea of what places we visited as I couldn't hear what was being said. Lunch was extremely disappointing. The information said it wasn't included but there would be options available. The location had very few eating options and the chosen restaurant had nothing to offer us. We went on our own and were told to return in an hour, nothing to see or do in that area. On our return we were told our departure would now be an hour later, the restaurant was busy. We decided to walk to the boat location and were advised to meet at 4pm. On our arrival we were told the others left 15 minutes earlier. There was confusion while waiting for our boat ride. At the end of the boat ride our guide was no longer there. We were not returned to the end point. Also people who had only paid for the half day tour were able to stay on the bus until the boat tour destination. I basically should have just paid for a half day tour and organised the boat ride on my own. There was no commentary on the boat ride. Extremely disappointing. Also the tour information stated the tour was 10 hours. If we had made the original time for the boat at 3pm the tour would have only 7 hours. I definitely didn't receive what I paid for.
